This is such a wonderful Hot Topic! The store manager Kira is an amazing store manager and all her associates are terrific! Everyone is so communicative and makes sure every customer is helped! Kira is incredibly professional and yet so personable! The store is very clean and it's very easy to find everything, and if you can't find something someone's always there to help! Amazing people and a great store!!

If this is your closest hot topic, go to your second closest. If for some reason you have to come here, try to go on a day when the store leader Kira isn't working. Kira encourages her staff to constantly bother customers, especially with an ipad so they can look up your details. If you go to the register, make sure you're aware of what coupons you have in your account, as Kira won't tell you at checkout and wants her employees to do the same. If any of her underlings go against her, she'll accuse them of some pretty heinous acts to intimidate them into falling in line. She handles everything in a childish and unprofessional way by lying and avoiding problems altogether. The store used to have people who could keep it clean and organized but now is just a mess, good luck finding anything you want in the funko section. If more people like this store lead are gaining ground, I can't imagine this company lasting much longer

Terrible unprofessional staff! Asked for a manager, a woman pretended to be that, and when I asked for a name said she can’t give that to me which is a lie! And hung up!

I was there Wednesday April 2nd, 2025, at night. The store was very neat and being worked on by a young lady that was also working the register. She was extremely helpful. I was looking for a size 1 ring for my little girl and she helped me looked. Unfortunately, they had nothing that small. She pointed me to a few other stores that may have rings this small. Although I did not make a purchase, she was very professional and courteous. I did not get her name, but she had short black hair and a few piercings. I hope Hot Topic knows that they have a really good worker on their hands and that they take care of her.

Love the products. However your costumer service is horrible. Not friendly and wants ypu rushed. Not inviting. Needs to be retrained.

This is a fun Hot Topic for sure. Being like a more PG Spencer’s, of course they have to have more cartoon-specific merchandise and that they do! Lots of exciting inventory and very clean facility. Unless it’s super busy it seemed there was a decent amount of space to move around and browse.
