Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was very disappointing. Today I forgot my regular go-to salon is closed on Mondays. So I decided to try something new in the area.
First of no greetings at all when I walked in. The staff were rough during the service and came across as rude and dismissive. Like the other reviewer, I was pitched over and over by the cuticle pinchers.
I didn’t feel welcomed or cared for as a customer. Definitely not a place I would return to or recommend.

The quality of service has definitely gone downhill. At a previous visit, I had scabs all over my feet that took weeks to heal. At another visit the girl was so rough I literally yelped out loud. The most recent visit I had nail polish on the surrounding skin...it looked like a child painted my nails. In addition to the poor quality of service....the owners are overtly rude. A treatment that is supposed to make you feel great has turned into a very unpleasant experience. Final observation is that this place is no longer hygienic....it's actually quite disgusting. Just take a look around. You get what you pay for.

i love this place, I've been about 3 times and the quality of their service is consistent. They are warm and very Friendly! My nail tech Lucas ensures I get what I want :)

After 3 years of coming here exclusively- even after I moved 25 minutes away- I'm done. Sad to say but it's not the same. 1- Andy carelessly was scraping my SKIN along with my nails when he was removing my old gel polish. Literally scraped them raw and didn't even care as he was doing it. 2- The cockroaches that scatter around aren't worth it when your nails break THE NEXT DAY. I got a gel manicure 4 days ago and they're already disgusting. Four nails have broken and the nail polish is coming off. I spent $80 here! I used to come for the massages but it's not worth it anymore. They need to clean it up- the back room is DISGUSTING literally looks like a halfway house back there and pay more attention to their craft. Used to love this place but the quality has gone downhill

Best pedicures ever! I recommend the green tea spa pedicure. It is advertised as 10 minutes of massage but they massage for at least 30 minutes. Totally worth every penny. Maria is my favorite.

Used to love this place but the chairs don't work and the staff doesn't put time or care into your nails. I cut my last appointment short because my nails were getting ruined with how short they were being cut. The massages aren't good either. It's a bummer this place used to be great

they get no stars, came today and the service is excruciating-ly bad (yes i made a word up). this nail salon is for the grandparents that's all imma say if you're looking to have a gel fill or a full set DO NOT DO IT. for a fill and asked for french and i like coffin shape i had to ask twice for it to get to the shape i desired. overall never coming again really don't recommend.

I came here to get my acrylics removed and get a normal manicure on top. The staff was a bit standoffish which was fine, however the reason for my low rating is because my nail tech DESTROYED my nails with the acrylic removal. He was extremely rushed and harsh with the drill and completely drilled off the top layer of my natural nails. For the past 6 weeks my nails have been breaking constantly. If I open a box, scratch an itch, whatever it may be, my nail breaks as soon as it grows out a little. It's been very irritating and I will have to wait until my entire nail grows out to do anything with tnem again. I gave an extra star because the manicure itself was nicely done -- but do NOT come here to get your acrylics removed. Your nails will pay the price.

Recommend by a friend. Tried it out for the first time. Great experience. First time I've been somewhere and the service didn't feel rushed. Michelle really took her time with my Pedicure. It was relaxing and enjoyable. Anna did a great job with my manicure. great selection of gel colors.

Best Place for pedicures!! You actually get what you pay for!! They massage you throughout the whole pedicure, not just a quick massage like most places.
