1st trip there was with the moving truck. I didn't know anyone else was there at that time of night. So 3 people had to wait a little till the movers were done. The 2 people in different vehicles were nice and friendly understood completely. The 3rd person was impatient, rude, and disrespectful to me. He kept things going told him that I would call the cops if he wanted to keep going. The guy got quite and then started to follow me in his car and kept on beeping his horn.
The next 3 trips there was great no problems and was during the day without a moving truck so nothing was blocking the other cars from passing.
Prices are great. People on the phone I spoke to was always friendly and nice. Will recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been a renter for years at this storage facility and it’s absolutely dreadful. First there’s no climate control, second they give you low rates to start but it increases every few months, third if your on the first floor when it rains there’s floods and if your on the second there’s no elevator. Summers are unbearable it feels like it’s over 100 degrees at times. Winters extremely cold. They been promising to fix the climate control for years, but nothing. My recommendation is to pay the extra and go elsewhere.

I purchased a unit with this property over the phone. I confirmed that the unit was climate controlled and paid the price. I got to the unit and the A/C unit in the building was busted, and had been for a few weeks prior to my purchase. They sold me a unit under false pretenses and the rude and uncooperative property manager refused a refund or compensation for their error. Please DO NOT do business with them. This is fraudulent.

I have use this storage facility for the past 8 years or more.The onsite manager, Gabriella, is very approachable, helpful for the tenants' needs and knowledgeable of her role.
Storage is clean and well lit. Maintenance, if something goes wrong, sometimes takes longer to fix compared to the previous proprietors.
One thing i would wish, for the new proprietors, is for them to skip raising the rent since, we as tenants, are struggling with the ongoing inflation. Please be compassionate in this hard time.
