This places is infested with mice and not temperature controlled as it says on the website. Found mouse feces all over my furniture. And that's with it being wrapped up with plastic wrap.

Gabriella’s customer service is absolutely atrocious and NOT at all professional! If you scroll through reviews you will see . WE HAVE MOUSE POOP IN OUR UPSTAIRS UNIT ..Never recived a call back .They keep raising the prices . Never anyone in the office . Very dirty place dont waste you money .

If you are thinking of renting a storage unit here I have one word for you…DON’T! Gabriella’s customer service is absolutely atrocious and NOT at all professional! If you scroll through reviews you will see other bad reviews with her name mentioned, she is awful! Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere!

This place is the worst. When I first went there they were so helpful and attentive. Once I signed on the dotted line it was all down hill. I was told I would have 7 day 24 hour access a week later they closed on sundays and you can only have access to the elevator during their business hours. Well I work full time during those hours so in order to have elevator access I have to take the day off. I found Gabriella to be extremely rude most of the time. There are occasions when she is nice but I don’t feel for what I pay a month I should be subject to her mood swings. I had a friend that had a lot of the same issues with her. I didn’t know she used the place till it was to late. I’d love to go elsewhere but I would need to take a lot of time off to do it. I can’t do that now some I’m stuck here with the ever increasing rent and no 24 hour 7 day access. Go elsewhere

I rented the same size unit as I did at my previous storage unit. Everything fit with extra room there. Here it fits with barely enough room to fit in everything and get through it. The walls have a little mental guard that makes it smaller. The unit was dented when I got it, covered in spider webs, and I never signed a contract dipite multiple attempts through corporate and the leasing office. There are horrible pot holes here as well. I picked iStorage because I was told they only raise their rates once a year and it's capped at 3.6%, but I just got a letter that says my rent is going from $239 to $273. No thanks. I'll be going to another storage facility.

I rented climate-controlled unit on the second floor. When I went to move out, to my surprise, the freight elevator was not working. In fact, it had been out of service for over two weeks and it was going to take two more weeks to get it up and running.There were no communications to tenants that the service elevator was not working and that belongings would have to be moved using the stairwell. I only found out when I arrived with my moving truck at 8 a.m. in the morning and saw a sign posted on the front door of the office. At that point, it's too late as I already hired a moving crew. It cost additional time and a stair fee for the moving crew to move all our belongings. Additionally, the carts that were in the freight elevator weren't available on the second floor to at least move our belongings from the unit to the staircase.I had contact the company regarding the issue and have not received a single phone call or apology.Look elsewhere if you want your belongings stored at a reputable business. The building smelled like moth balls and the climate controlled building, if you can call it that, was still hot.
