i went to get a oil change. The cashier was nice and helpful his name was Christopher, the people who worked on my car louchion, paul, and nasir couldn’t keep the oil from going everywhere on my engine bay, all over my valve cover. i was driving not even 10 mins away from there and i saw smoke coming off my hood. The work was done EXTREMELY poorly and i do not recommend this location. They should reconsider their employees

Have visited several Jiffy Lube places in the past.
I can confirm they are indeed very slow. and the slowest Jiffy Lube based on my experience. Taking their sweet time with an inefficient process. Be prepared to wait as long as at a regular mechanic shop for a simple task like oil change. Most importantly, they have a very rude person at front desk. Very disrespectful. I have never been treated like this. They do not know how to take care of customer.

Oil change went smoothly. However, they attempted to clean my windows but left it worse than when I brought it in. Long grey streaks on the windows and doors. Overall, good experience with nice staff, just dont do the window cleaning.

I understand they are in the business to make money, but let's not try to take advantage of people. I recently went for an oil change. Of course they tried to sell me spark plugs, brakes and brake bleed. My car has 54k and I was told I need new back brakes they were "poor". See image for my back brakes. That is what they consider "poor". Please don't let this company sell you into unnecessary costs. I'll go elsewhere for oil changes. I can't remember the category for the front brakes but they guy trying to sell as if it's dire.
I just advise people to get second opinions. I am thankful that I have family who can do bigger jobs and save me money.

I am giving this one star review only because I cannot give zero. The new owner obviously knows nothing about business. I have a 2007 Acura TL. It has 335k miles on it and has been services at this location its entire life, approx. 100 oil changes. Last year the old owners guys stripped out the oil plug. The manager told me it would take a few minutes to get a piggyback plug and he was sorry but he took complete responsibility as he said it was his guys fault. First time back under the new management, and they tell me we cannot change your oil because we are afraid of stripping out your piggyback plug, I have a broken rear sway bar joint and the valve cover gasket is leaking. I tell him I will fix the valve cove gasket and sway bar arm but their guys put in the piggyback plug. He tells me we are new ownership and we are not going to take the risk. I explain that they did it and the car has been there 100x. He is unrelenting. I changed the oil myself with no problem, fixed the valve cover gasket and sway bar. I took 3 cars (both my kids cars) but will never be back there. What kind of customer loyalty is that? I told them I would contact Jiffy Lube and he said go right ahead. Worst customer relations I have ever seen. Cant wait for the new ownership as there is no way this guy lasts.

Hi, I'm doing my oil changes only by Jiffy Lube. I chold say this location is the worst I ever ran into, verry verry slow, let you wait for oil change without anyone before you a full 1:30 verry disappointed

rating changed based on recent experience in May.
when i got into the car after it was handed over to me after service (May 4th), Car was filled with heavy smoke from the engine. i reported the concern immediately. it took them 30 - 45 minutes to cleanup oil they spilled on the engine. while the Technician was very committed to do the cleanup and helpful in updating me, person at the customer desk did not even care to apologize for the mess and did not bother to keep me updated. while the smoke seems to have gone, there was still light oil burning smell few days while driving at lower speed. Technician assured me that car is safe to drive and there is no engine or other damage. the smell will mostly gone after few months but not completely when i get close to the front (where engine is). ok. disappointed that 30 minute quick oil change became a 2.5 hour long , car was handed over filled with smoke and customer service was absent. i reduced rating only by 1 point as the Technician was very professional and sincere in addressing the issue and i have always had a good experience in the past visits. i am planning to continue to go there for future oil changes treating the recent experience as just one-off.

Walk-in, no wait, fast and friendly service. Price seemed comparable or less than other shops.

I've taking my Nissan Sentras to the Bridgewater Jiffy Lube since 2016. I've never had problem. Service is quick and efficient. I'll be back in 5,000 miles.
