I was sent the wrong sneakers. I went to the Journeys in Bridgewater Mall Nj to return them. I ended up speaking to the manager Genna, and was AMAZING! She went above and beyond for me. I appreciate her work ethic and kindness. I pick up the right sneakers on Monday! Highly recommend this store!

Shopped at Journeys Bridgewater tonight and had a great shopping experience with an amazing sales associate named Dev. She was very sweet and totally new her inventory. She could sell anything in fact ended up with not only tge gift I needed nut also a Xmas gift too
