I get my manicure and pedicure here and I love it so much. There’s not many nail salons that have great service and pricing but Knails has both and I really appreciate that. They care about their customers and do a great job at getting you taken care of. I will continue coming here

I got my nails done with Lisa today and she did a great job. She walked me through everything and asked me questions to figure out what I wanted, which was super helpful. She gave me recommendations to make sure they came out the way I wanted. I got a gel pedicure too which came out amazing! Every employee there was so so nice too! I will be back!

Vivian was AMAZING!!! I'm very particular with my nails but she killed it! She was very detailed with my nails and did everything I asked for.

Absolutely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. If you’re thinking about getting acrylics, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The day after my appointment, my nails already looked like they needed a fill-in. The technician used so much acrylic that my nails were burning and felt extremely uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I was charged $140 for a basic pedicure and acrylic nails—with no polish or design included. On top of it all, the nail tech had a bad attitude throughout the entire service. Never again.

I had my nails done here for the first time — and it was also my first time getting tips/extensions. I was a little nervous, but Tran absolutely made my experience amazing!
It was also my first time having a man do my nails, and wow — he was so gentle, patient, and honestly the total opposite of the typical rushed salon vibe. He took his time, helped me choose the perfect color (which I know isn’t easy — we girls can be indecisive 😅), and really listened to what I wanted. The result? Nails that are exactly how I pictured them.
Tran kept up a relaxed, pleasant conversation the whole time, and answered all my questions with no stress. Truly a 10/10 experience.
Oh, and ladies… just a heads up — Tran is married! So no falling in love while getting pampered! 😉💅

I left the nail salon i have been going for the past 16 years because the service started declining. This was the first time and place a decided to try. I was not disappointed at all. Taho the nail tech, please forgive me if I spelled her name wrong, but she was amazing. She took the time to do my nails and pedicure. Everything look so clean, atmosphere was very relaxing, tons of nail colors, nice people. It was $30 more than what i was paying, but I can work with that as long as the service doesn't change.
