“I had an issue with a gift card and, after visiting a couple of other stores where no one was able or willing to help me, I was honestly feeling pretty discouraged. Then I walked into this store and met Jennifer, and the experience completely changed. Jennifer was extremely kind, attentive, and respectful from the moment she helped me. She took the time to really listen, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. She went above and beyond to help me when others hadn’t, and I was truly touched by her patience and professionalism. Customer service like this is rare, and Jennifer made a stressful situation feel easy and reassuring. I’m very appreciative of her help and hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Jennifer!”

“Draz was fantastic to work with for our bathroom renovation. I would have no hesitation in sending any of my friends to him for assistance with their bathroom or kitchen renovations.”
