I was super disappointed with the service center. I was quoted 10k to fix a noise that was supposedly the sunroof tracks. Upon me leaving debating on what to do, i decided to diagnose it myself and found what was actually wrong with my car which was just the sunroof seal that had to be replaced. A $50 cost that they were ready to take $10,000.00 & replace god knows what for no reason. I’m not sure if it’s how they are trained to look for problems or simply ignorance of not looking into the problem correctly but something’s not adding up. Another instance i had my breaks checked with them and was also stated they were “fine” i went to a mom and pop mechanic same day and they were able to see that the clips from the break pads were put in wrong and needed to be tightened another $50.00 charge from the mechanic god knows how much lexus would’ve charged me. I understand prices are different at the dealer service center and it could just be the training of the employees but you would think for the price you charge for the service that it would be done and done correctly and accurately at that. Certified lexus ? just feeling like certified scammers, almost wasted 10k here so save ur time and don’t waste it here.

Had my 15,090 mile check up and was very impressed with the video I received while waiting for my car. It showed what was being done and detailed where they were in the process. Very impressed. Rich Walsten was very professional and courteous.

Had 4 tires replaced after driving more than 25 miles , one tire went FLAT.?Called up the service, they blamed on the road. Noticed the valve is loose, brought to the mechanic and it was confirmed the caused was the valve not the road Also around last year,, I noticed the glove compartment is hard to close after we serviced the car. The problem was the filter at the back of the compartment was not properly installed. Sometimes you have to admit the mistakes of your technicians don’t just rely on the paperwork they submitted and make it sound like everything is ok.

Rich Tullo assisted me this morning inactivating my remote via phone… His courteous and efficient manner enabled may access to my phone and remote most efficiently… He wasn’t the person who sold me the car but readily assisted me in getting the job done in a very courteous and efficient manner… It is a pleasure dealing with Bridgewater Lexus overall but I had a very excellent experience with Rich Tullo

Where should I start,I want to thank Leo for treating me and my wife like family every time we need service for our 2015 rx350 f-sport , whenever my wife is nervous that the SUV needs something major Leo always calms us down and looks for the best most affordable way of fixing our issues! It’s always a pleasure working with Shana and staff at Lexus Bridgewater service. They are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. There were many times I was stuck working late and Shana was always willing to have someone bring a loaner to my office, service my car and bring it back when it was finished. I wouldn’t think of bringing my car to anyone else! A+++++ service!!

Shana is the best!!! This is my 4th Lexus. The only reason I am sticking with Lexus is because of Shana and the personalized service she provides. I am not crazy with the lexus design or colors as of late , so Shana is the only reason I am sticking with Lexus.

I just came back from Lexus service. We purchased a new lexus in few weeks ago in PA and found out there was a rip on the weather strip. I called to the dealer we purchased and they said we can go to the closest one for replacement. Then I called to bridgewater Lexus and explained our situation to the parts department. On the next day, a scheduler rep called me back and was informed the parts is available and I can schedule an appointment. I asked her how much would it be? And she put me on hold and she talked to the parts guy who I talked to on the previous day and came back and said it’s gonna be free since it’s under warranty. Then I made an appointment for a service. Went to the service and now they said it’s not free. I talked to the service manager Leo, he explained to me the car is under warranty but these parts are not. Ok I understand it but why did they give me the wrong information? I remember the scheduler’s name who said it’s gonna be free so I asked to check with her. She is not there today. Then I asked to find out who was the parts rep gave me wrong information and Leo refused to check who was it. He said they've been working for Lexus long enough to not give customers wrong information like this. He is not going to check what was going on. He didn’t wanna check phone conversations it might be recorded, nor confirming with the employees. Didn’t wanna train his team. I think he thought I don’t understand what he explained to me so he said “ I’m gonna explained this one more time but it’s gonna be the last time, the car is under warranty but this particular situation is not. We diagnosed first and decide the price. So we don’t tell you it’s gonna be free on the phone.” Sounded like I was the one misunderstanding. I got that, the point is someone gave me wrong info. Think about it, if I knew it’s gonna cost to replace the weather trip for my brand new Lexus, I will be there with my mind paying for it. Someone gave me wrong info. Leo said to me “ your car is there and you can just leave now.” And he left the consultant’s room. The issue is not resolved yet, my weather strip is not replaced. He just left the room. He didn’t give me the choice to replace the strip with costs. He didn’t even ask me if I wanna get replace with costs. Basically he refused the service. He just didn’t wanna spend time to listen to his customer. He didn’t let me talk. He kept saying “let me explain”. How about my opinion ? He didn’t give me chance to explain. I’m not a native English speaker so maybe it’s hard to understand but he didn’t have patience to listen to me. I raised this case to Lexus call center. I am hoping they fix this and this Lexus service dealer would know some employees need to be trained.
