The store is unattended a closed without regard. I stopped in Monday nite . Note on the door said be back in 30 minutes. I did wait 35 minutes walking to other stores. When I showed back up 38 minutes later store was still closed an unattended. Sign said 10$ hats . But they arenāt open to sell me anything. Twice this week

The whole reason I came to this mall was for Lids. Tried to go shopping for a birthday gift, itās 1:40 on a Tuesday afternoon and I try to pull open the door and it wonāt open so then I try to push it open realizing itās locked. The girl working, after ignoring that I was even there this whole time, just looks at me and shakes her head. As if Iām the problem for trying to go shopping during posted shopping hours? A simple sign on the door or an acknowledgment of seeing me but communicating youāre closed would have worked. Terrible, unreliable experience. Definitely will not be renewing my membership with Lids once it expires. And as someone who works in the same industry, donāt treat people like theyāre an inconvenience, itās unnecessary.

Came in to get a couple lids custom stitched, Li helped us out and the stitching came out excellent and service was 10/10 will be coming back.

Would be great if they opened when they said they were going to open. 11:10 am here and doors locked. Lights on. Nobody home. That's a shame.

If I could leave no stars I would. On two occasions my husband and I had horrible experiences. First time we went in the only person there did not greet us or anything. We just left it as is. Customer service must just not be good
2nd visit my husband walks in ask the person working the for a specific type of hat. Employee says āitās right in-front of youā my husband does not see the hat he was looking for he goes āIām sorry boss I do not not see itā employee goes ā itās right in front of you. Do I have to point it out to youā . I am very sorry but that is not ok. As a customer walking into a business the employee should help. So we were confused by heās rude statement. Luckily we found what we wanted a couple stores over and they were great at CHAMPS.

Disgusting customer service walk in, clerk/manager on the phone, ask where I could find a certain hat just pointed at the wall, then when I pick my had I needed embroidered, asked if it could be done, clerk answered, can you pay for it!? I should have left there, but paid, and told Iāll be back for it in 5 min⦠when I returned again now sitting down on the phone⦠I was standing at the counter⦠he looked at me and I said Iām here to pick my hat up, again he just pointed at the machine, I said I should just take it, he said yes⦠I said some customer service would be niceā¦. Now he gets mad I said I would write to the owner he kicks me out off the store then followed me outside the store where I told him about customer service. And he said I was disrespectful! I would try to contact the owner as well as the company, also have video of the end of the situation. Disgusting manager clerk and store

Guy behind the counter needs some work on his customer service. Walked in with my wife and asked were the kids hats were he was very condescending and rude. Even when i was paying. Weāre adults looking to buy not teenagers walking around the mall

Horrible customer service. Asked if I could hold for someone to answer my question and was told ummmm no weāre actually busy right now call back in a half hour. Iāll take my business elsewhere. RUDE!
