Disgusting customer service walk in, clerk/manager on the phone, ask where I could find a certain hat just pointed at the wall, then when I pick my had I needed embroidered, asked if it could be done, clerk answered, can you pay for it!? I should have left there, but paid, and told I’ll be back for it in 5 min… when I returned again now sitting down on the phone… I was standing at the counter… he looked at me and I said I’m here to pick my hat up, again he just pointed at the machine, I said I should just take it, he said yes… I said some customer service would be nice…. Now he gets mad I said I would write to the owner he kicks me out off the store then followed me outside the store where I told him about customer service. And he said I was disrespectful! I would try to contact the owner as well as the company, also have video of the end of the situation. Disgusting manager clerk and store

Guy behind the counter needs some work on his customer service. Walked in with my wife and asked were the kids hats were he was very condescending and rude. Even when i was paying. We’re adults looking to buy not teenagers walking around the mall

Horrible customer service. Asked if I could hold for someone to answer my question and was told ummmm no we’re actually busy right now call back in a half hour. I’ll take my business elsewhere. RUDE!

Store never opens on time, always issues with register, turns down paying customers.

Times are inconsistent. Store is supposed to open at 11, I arrive at 11:45 and it's literally the only store in the entire mall not open. Last time I visited this location the guy at the counter never looked up as if I wasn't in the store.

Mia is the best! I've had ALOT of experience with having things embroidered. This particular time it was really important to me, it was a gift for my brother who started his own company and we are all really proud of him. I digitized the file, as that is what I do for living, and brought it to LIDS in the bridgewater mall to have it professionally embroidered, because I really wanted it to have the most professional stitching. Well, first the guys who took my order were sweethearts, quirky and funny.. I wish I could remember their names. Nice guys. Managed to help me on Black Friday and manage the rest of the store. I ordered two hats and left. I called the store twice because I wanted to change my order. No problem.. they were very cool about it. Then I get a call from Mia. She tells me the wording is too small. I was so grateful that she called to tell me this and didn't just run it and shrug when I got there like just about any other embroidery vendor would have done. Then when I picked it up. I was so thrilled with the quality of work, which involved puffy embroider, which is more difficult then plain flat embroidery.. Thanks so much guys.. Really appreciate your professionalism.
