My bestie loves shopping at L’Occitane—so I ventured in yesterday. I had such a fun time exploring the products and thanks to lovely Carmen—found solutions to every dry skin summer need!
If you just want to treat yourself to wonderful products I highly recommend this store at Bridgewater Mall and Carmen!
My friends always gift me LOccitane brand hand creams and body lotions for Christmas and my birthday and I always love them. Quality products reasonably priced and made in France.
Have fun! And shout out thank you again to Carmen❣️VERY happy with my purchases❣️🎊🎉🌷

I visited this store this week and I was impressed with the excellent customer service provided my Carmen. From the moment we walked in she was welcoming and friendly.
She is super knowledgeable about all the products at L’Occitane and she genuinely explained the difference between each of them and gave some insights on what could work better for my skin type. She gave us space to explore more products and we really appreciate that.
If you want to experience exceptional customer service, look for Carmen. She’s the best.
And of course we ended up buying two products that she recommended 🙂

I visited this store location, as it is the store that is the closest to me. I was impressed by the exceptional service I received from a lady whose name is also like mine (Carmen). From the moment I walked in, she greeted me, and made me feel welcome.
What stood out to me the most, was her dedication for understanding my skins needs. She offered to perform a skin test, something I’ve never had from visiting other stores. She took the time to explain each step, and its importance. It was clear to me that she was interested in finding the right products for me rather than just make a sale.
Throughout the process she was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions, and providing personalized recommendations, based on the test results. Her passion for skin care was evident, and it made me feel comfortable with her suggestions.
It is rare to find such exceptional customer service nowadays. I will continue to do my shopping in this location. I highly recommend asking for Carmen if you want an outstanding experience.

I don’t write many reviews but today I went to L’Occitane, Bridgewater and feel my visit deserves one. I’m newer to the product line so I am trying to build my collection. I met Carmen who was so kind, thoughtful, patient and extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I bought the Divine Cleansing Cream and Immortell Divine Eye Contour and was happily on my way. When I got home as I was unpacking my bag I was so excited to try my new products and looking forward to trying all the others she talked about ~ I really learned a lot. Extra surprise was all of the samples she put in my bag!! I was so appreciative!! Meeting Carmen and the overall experience is really what I miss about shopping online. Looking forward to my next trip to Bridgewater! Thanks Carmen!!

Horrible experience yesterday (April 5th in the morning) these two lady’s working at the counter made disgusting comments about how pretentious we were because we didn’t buy anything, as we were leaving the store. I went back in to confront them and they totally denied about it of course. I can’t stand how unprofessional and rude they were. I would love to speak with the manager about their behavior. I will never buy anything from this location!

I love this L'occitane for the superb services! I am rather new to the brand despite their stores have been around all over for a long time. The staff was very kind to show me items from mutiple lines and let me try them. She even gave me a bunch of samples to take home which I really appreciate.

Very unkind “customer service” in this store. This is not a customer-friendly place. Maybe that’s the image they want to convey, but I’ll never be back. Do you really want people to buy things there, or is it about an image of superiority?

Beautiful store.Had a very welcoming experience in 7/16 with the store manager.Not only did she advise me the products suiting to my concerns, she was also very helpful on taking time to make me understand the ingredients, formulation and the effectiveness of the products.Very very helpful and will definitely be back soon!

Came in to buy my Mother’s Day gift. And there was two ladies one blonde curly haired and a brunette short hair that were VERY rude. And clear as day discriminating me and my friend when we walked in. I greeted and needed help, so i said excuse me because they were chatting, and they gave me the dirtiest look as if they weren’t literally working and there to help the customer. I asked to try an oil, and they sprayed it and left. Not trying to pursue conversation for purchase. I was truly interested in buying. But seeing that when a group of white ladies came in and they ran to help them. I saw that my money was no good there. I am disappointed in this discrimination.

Most unwelcome I have ever felt in a store on some time, possibly ever.Love L’Occitane’s products, and have shopped in this store and in the one in Short Hills. Always lovely experiences with helpful associates. I went to the Bridgewater store this evening to pick up an online order I had placed on 12/26/22 at 4:20 pm to pick up in store. The item (Youth Hand Cream) was part of a post-Christmas sale and was 20% off; total of the order with tax was $32.41. for I got an email notification on Wed. 12/28/22 at 7:52 pm that the store has fulfilled the order. I received no notifications that the order was cancelled.i was in the store around 5:20 pm this evening and fromthe get go, I could tell I was bothering the women with shoulder length blonde hair, Katie, be used she was texting when I walked up to the counter. It was obvious she was not interested in helping me. I mentioned I wanted to pick up an online, pick up in store order I had placed and also had a return. I had a receipt for the ireturn and was only returning 1 of the 4 items on the order. It was a hand cream that clearly had not been used because the foil packaging was not creased in any way. Well she pitched a fit because the foil over the top was missing. I told her that is the way it came in the shipment to me and that I had not used it. She continued to make a fuss and said she could not return an item that had been used and did not have the foil covering and that they were getting “stricter” and were not supposed to return items like that and that she’d have to call her manager. I reiterated that again, I did not use it and that was the way it came and to please call her manager. She did but failed to mention that I said it came that way and that I had not used it. The manager Oked the return. The return policy on the website does not state the foil seal is required; it actually allows for the return of gently used items! “Products that have been gently used can be returned in store at the manager’s discretion only.”She then went to look up my online, pick up in store order and would not honor the price clearly indicated on the online order email and store fulfillment email. She was trying to charge me full price. I told her I didn’t understand why she would not honor that price and that they were even having a 20% off sale today that I got an email about. She would not budge and basically kicked me out if the store. Would not give me the item I ordered and put the return in a bag. Katie clearly should try not be working in anything customer-service trusted because she cannot handle it. I don’t think I have ever been treated so rudely by anyone in a store. Her behavior was totally unwarranted, especially considering I was firm but remained respectful.I spent 15 min calling in the order that Katie refused to fulfill. They honored the price in my originalonline order, pick up in store. But I have to wait for it to arrive vs having it tonight. And I now have to deal with the return because she wouldn’t do that either. There is a $4.95 return fee which I now have to make the time to try and get credited due to the horrendous experience I had in the Bridgewater store tonight due to Katie. I won’t ever step foot in this store again and certainly won’t recommend it to anyone else. Frankly, I feel I am owed an apology for how terribly I was treated. It was pretty upsetting and totally unwarranted.
