I always have a great experience shopping at Ann Taylor Loft, thanks in large part to Jamie. She is consistently helpful, warm, and has a great eye for style. I really appreciate how she gently encourages me to try pieces that are sometimes outside of my comfort zone—but every time, they end up elevating my look and helping me feel more current and confident.
The store itself is always neat, well-organized, and easy to shop. It’s a pleasure to browse and even more enjoyable with Jamie’s guidance. Highly recommend!

Entered today with not a single hello but instead 4 dirty looks. Not a single person offered to help me with what I needed to find and then when a woman came in with a bag from a different store and set off an alarm they all looked at me as if I was doing something. I told them it was the other woman, tried to find what I needed but then left as they were nasty.
You would’ve thought I came shopping for a designer bag in pajamas with how rude they were.

I made a return their yesterday. The women in the store weren't very friendly at all. Upon entering no one acknowledged or said hello to me at all.
The store seemed to be well stocked but i refuse to buy at a store when I'm not acknowledged or addressed at all.
My return went pretty smoothly but I also wasn't asked if I found what I was looking for or needed. Or if there was anything they could help me with.
Doubt I will shop or go in that particular store again. And I hate to pull the race card but it was pretty obvious what was going on. Never felt so unwelcome in a store in a long time. I shop the loft a lot for their affordable work clothes but definitely won't be back to this one!!!

Do not open a credit card at Loft. The bank they use is so antiquated. Their system was down so I had to make my payment at the Bridgewater NJ store. Payment was made on June 28th, and I have a receipt. Now August 7th and payment has not hit my account yet. ??

Although I have always enjoyed shopping at LOFT stores for many years, the events that took place recently specifically in this shop have significantly diminished my experience. Two of the same sales rep I have encountered twice were very unpleasant and prejudiced. They would accuse you of false statements and trying to circumvent the system when it was just a simple return and within the store policy clearly posted online. But due to their ignorance, on all occasions, I was subjected to a very condescending attitude when I was very calm and factual with my responses while explaining why their claims did not make sense. They leave a bad taste in a well-meaning customer's mouth, that the impression translates onto the rest of the company.

Employees are always super helpful and nice at this location, and store is clean and well organized. Great customer service. I find this Loft in particular never seems to have my size in anything I like so I wish I could actually buy things here more often.
