The only reason I ended up making a purchase at the Lululemon store in Bridgewater was because of the incredible service from Zoey. She went above and beyond to help us, was super knowledgeable, and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. In a world where good customer service is rare, Zoey stands out. Huge shoutout to her—what a fantastic experience!

Very helpful staff my first time buying Lululemon online & I made a mistake. They are eager to help you and tell you more information about the product. I Highly recommended this store than the one in American dream.

Poor management. When you have issues with shoplifting gangs and your employee (a relative of mine) is assaulted, do not act like the employee is being overly dramatic when they genuinely fear for their safety. Have corporate spend the money to have a mall guard stationed in your store to deter assaults and aggressive shoplifters. After your employee is assaulted, have a little tolerance with the employee if they are 3 minutes late for a shift. A zero tolerance policy is outrageous but to fire someone nearly two weeks later after you have them attend a mandatory 8am meeting is poor management, poor practice and shows you do not care about your employees. I thought you treated your “educators” (aka sales staff) better. Think about this- the way you treat your employees reflects on your business and one bad review such as this can result in substantial loss of business. Business 101. One person posts a bad review and it spreads to thousands. Do better in the future Lululemon. Your employees deserve it.

The customer service that I recevied here was excellent, immediately upon walking in I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. I was looking for some shorts similar to what I had, and I was brought over to them and explained how the sizing went for them. I've never owned anything from Lululemon but I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the overall quality and guarantee that they offer on their stuff. Will definitely buy more

The staff here is super helpful - the whole time we were here they were going back and forth helping people find what they were looking for.The store is surprisingly well-stocked. The thing is, lululemon is known for their golden goose - their leggings. If you go to any lulu, you can just about guarantee the leggings section will be full of people not sure what to get (which is natural and makes plenty of sense, I mean this is why people go to stores in person especially for clothes). The actual store (like many in retail) doesn’t seem to know how to lay out their inventory in a way where people have the space to do what they came to.All the five star reviews here are very valid, though. We went to a pop-up store and had a MUCH worse experience, too many people, not enough space in the aisles, just about no inventory. You’re way less likely to experience that here.

Very friendly staff and customer service. I purchased a pair of pants within the last year that got damaged. The staff working here was able to replace it with a brand new one on the spot, free of charge.

I want to this lululemon today and herd the employees saying not to put extended sizes (16 plus) on the floor. They had an entire rack of them that they wheeled into the back. This is disappointing as I am a 14-16 and would have loved to try more stuff on. Do better!!!!

I’m not one to write negative reviews but I just had a really bad first experience at this LuluLemon about an hour ago. I was at the mall and decided to go into lulu for the first time to see what the hype was about. I pick up a shirt just to look at it and this employee; she was tall, skinny, and had dark hair, looks at me and goes, “we have oversized ones over there…just in case (looking me up and down).” I just gained a bunch of weight due to a medication for depression and have been struggling with an ED for a while now, so this comment made me immediately leave the store and I’m not going back again. I’m sure the other workers were fine but this lady was a horrible person and it definitely put me in a bad place.

I brought in a sports bra with minor damage to the straps and inquired whether or not the store offered any repair services. Upon showing the brand ambassador the damage, she rudely cut me off and informed me that lululemon no longer offers repair services. She stated that unless the item was <30 days since purchase, it could not be taken in for repair or refund. She then remarked that the sports bra was clearly "too old" and would not apply, despite never being told when I purchased it. The employee was obviously uninterested in helping, and instead told me to call customer service and ask. What is the point of going to the store if I am going to be turned away to customer service?I immediately called customer service and was informed that the Bridgewater location does in fact offer hemming and repairs for damaged clothing. The representative remarked that it was strange that the employee claimed the store does not do hemming or repairs, and stated that beyond submitting an online request for refund, there was nothing I could do if the store would not accept the bra.The employee intentionally lied about company policy and behaved in a discriminatory and unprofessional manner. lululemon is a LUXURY athleticwear company and I would hope that their employees would do the bare minimum and be respectful to the customer! The refusal to honor store policy and treat customers with respect has turned me off from returning, and my hope is that action is taken to correct this wrongdoing.
