Awful customer service is like the third time I called to check the status in something I bought and they said they gonna call me back but they never did it, they transfer me and anyone answer the phone or return my phone calls.
And I want to add I got the floor model watch and doesn’t work, really bad experience.

I’m disgusted by my experience today. My cashier Joan (an older blonde Caucasian lady) asked me if I wanted to donate to a HBCU scholarship fund but instead used the N word. This is not ok and I hope she receives repercussions .
