“I went into mattress firm unsure of what I wanted to get and needed. Lama was the one helping me and she was absolutely amazing. She helped figure out what I wanted and needed and something that would benefit my sleep. She really cares about her customers and she does anything to help them. I highly recommend talking to Lama and working with her because she is amazing!”

“We recently purchased brand-new couches from Bob’s Discount Furniture and had a wonderful experience! Felicia was absolutely fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Manager Frank was equally amazing and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Their professionalism and outstanding customer service made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend Bob’s, especially Felicia and Frank, to anyone looking for new furniture!”

“Na Ward was an exceptional sales associate who went out of his way, answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. We felt no sales pressure, he was not pushy at all, only kind, polite, and extremely helpful.”
