I can never find what I'm looking for in Michaels. Been to them in several states over the past few years and it's the same everywhere. Don't think I've ever actually purchased anything here because selection is minimal for the crafts that I actually do.
This particular store, I walked through the store several times and never once saw an associate to ask if they had what I was interested in buying. Eventually, just went to the cashier station and asked someone. They didn't carry the item. I left.
Every craft item you could want that they have, you can get elsewhere. Elsewhere also has all the other stuff you want. Might as well go elsewhere first.

Really stocked store. The employees were really nice. Everything was easy to find. The had some great prices, especially for the Christmas/Holiday stuff. My wife wants to go back asap to get stuff to decorate the house. This is a huge store as well. They have a large variety stuff. Plenty of parking and flexible hours of operation.

Blonde lady in the front end is in a terrible mood today she's super rude. This store is incredibly understaffed and obviously they're under a ton of stress but I really don't appreciate being spoken to in a harsh tone from my very first interaction with another human being. I found help from a staff member further from the chaos and he was very kind and understanding of my stress and knew who I had a problem with right away...
They're having trouble keeping up with stock. Please bring in some staff and stop putting more self checkouts in they are not helping
