Things are so hard to find in Michaels but they have a great staff that will help you find it and the store is very humongous a lot of nice things I used to think it was just linen and yarn but it's so much more please go to Michaels

Sometimes being able to go to the store makes purchasing things a bit easier to visualize. I have some signed memorabilia that I wanted to frame up and definitely got the help I needed to make it how I wanted.

The custom framing department is the biggest scam going! I needed a 8.5X11 letter framed and I wanted a double border. The associate was very nice, but when she told me it was $200, I told her I had a 70% off coupon. She proceeded to inform me, "that is the price with the 70% off! What the *^$@%&(&$#&*& LOL! REALLY!!! Look at my receipt, it says I saved $473, which means the REAL PRICE was $674!!!!!! What a scam!!! I spoke to the manager and he apologized and blamed it on corporate. Why not just charge $300 and give a NORMAL 25% discount to get the same $200 I paid. I told the manager that was the much more honest way of doing it but he explained he had no control over it.So they just scam you to get you in by claiming 70% off. I could accept raising the price a little bit before the 70% but let"s be real......$674 is obscene! This is not even highway robbery........its fast lane, expressway robbery! I won't be back and won't have anything nice to say about Michaels!

Went in for a few items, went to check out. I don't like using their new system of self check out. Went to the only employee at the register sitting down. I put my items on the counter and she asked if it was "cash or credit?" "Credit" I said and she insisted I use the self check out. I said no thanks. But she insisted and I walked out. She also said she was the manager. (More like a key holder with a bad attitude). The store is always a hot mess no one there to assist you. I'll be shopping at the Flemington store if at all. It's clean well stocked and people are polite making it a pleasure to shop.

Only store where a human standing behind the register points their finger at a computer to ring yourself up. Human interaction is not a necessity in 2023 any beyond.

Large variety of crafting material. Helpful staff. They now have self-checkout liens which makes things a little bit easier. They still have a cashier provided you pay cash only.

I've shopped here ofter and will return. This last trip wasn't exactly the best, though. I received help for a frame, however ...1. Waited longer than I felt was ok. Over 15 min2. When I did get help, I was advised to purchase something that wasn't necessary.

Excellent store with excellent in-store customer service. They have a pretty good order online and pick up system.
