Tony was extremely transparent and thoughtful. Worked with me even though ultimately there wasn’t a practical solution for my exhaust needs. Best of all they didn’t charge me for the diagnosis. A true professional.

This review is a shoutout to the fantastic customer service experience I had. Jess is a wonderful, knowledgeable, kind employee. I had some issues with my vehicle and I called in to ask for recommendations on what parts to get for my car. After a long conversation Jess pointed me in a direction for the longevity and performance of my car. I got a quote on cost for parts and labor and will be scheduling an appointment for all the repairs/upgrades very soon. I am very particular on the work done to my cars. I had the opportunity to speak with the mechanics that will be doing the work. And after going over everything, the men who will be doing my work for me promised to follow my preferences when it comes to the upgrades I’m getting. They answered any questions I had, as well as concerns. I’ll come back to update this review on the work, once the work is completed.
