Love to shop here anytime, great variety and colorful collection make me go again and again. I found the beach wear/summer wear at flexible/reasonable prices after checking in multiple other stores. Even the accessories here are beautiful. Left a star because of two things. One, after two washes the cloth is becoming like dried leafy vegetables and dull and two, they are selling kinder joy at billing counter which they are charging $5, actual price is not even $2 at grocery stores. Kids obviously do tantrums for chocolates at billing counters and they are making it cash.

It’s an average Old Navy – they use to have a better selection of clothes
The jeans are still good but the price is a lot more inflated than it used to be relative to other stores

I came for jeans and left with jeans, so I would consider my visit a success. I figured coming here would be easier (and maybe more affordable) than Macys, and I was indeed very happy with how quickly I was able to get in and out of the store. The store was tidy which was especially surprising considering we are in the holiday season. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, and the checkout line moved quickly. The manager was assisting at the registers. It was nice to see her supporting her staff in that way. To note, their store card expires after 6 months to 1 year if it remains inactive during that time.

I enjoy shopping at Old Navy however this location is so unorganized. Majority of the clothes sizes didn't match the hangers which is extremely frustrating and wastes shoppers time

NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLEI am unable to enter the store without the help of others because the main door is not handicap accessible. The button and automatic door do not work.
