I used the Califon branch and loved the people that worked there. Unfortunately the management decided to change the fee structure on my free senior checking account to $30 per month if you have less than $20,000 at the bank.I closed my account and found another local bank that doesn’t charge fees on senior accounts.Management has done a disservice to the community and to their professional staff.

They currently have an excellent coin counter. I think they charge 10% if you don't have an account but they just saved me over 10 hours of rolling coins.

This is among 5 branches shut down on Jan 3rd "temporarily". They won't even keep one teller around for drive-thru, safe from human contact. They are abusing the Covid excuse to carry out their corporate agenda. Find another bank.

Banked at whitehouse branch for 20+ years. When closing the branch, they failed to process a change of address request, as well as new direct deposit info. I only learned they reported me to credit services when I tried to deposit a 5k check at this branch and they would not help me, destroyed the check.Got it straightened out in Bedminster, the amount in question was a total of 400$.Will no longer be banking with peapack. horrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible. I went to the atm and paid a 4.50 charge to take out money. I needed change for a 20 to give a homeless man. They refused to give me change because I did not have an account. I am glad I bank elsewhere.

Small time bank with poor customer service. I recommend avoiding this place and use a real bank.

I will never use this branch in Bridgewater ever again. I've been with peapack Gladstone bank for over a decade and have never had a bad experience until I went to this location. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Stay away and use any other of the locations where they are kind and care about their clients.
