Bought 4 new tires. What should have taken no more than 2 hours, took almost 8 hours. Also had to go back because one of the tires was the wrong size.

The most disrespect and lier people I found here. Taken my car key to do wheel alignment in 45 minutes, but in 1.5 hours, they had not started. When I talked to the customer service, their behavior was like a dictator boss. After 1:30 hours waiting, Said: ( go in side the shop and talk with alignment person, if you don’t want, you can go).

This guy was vulgar and Racist because I’m a Muslim woman wearing hijab. He gave me a hard time, and I had a scheduled appointment, so he lifted my car. The last one And when I asked him why I was taking so long he told me if you don’t like it go somewhere else and I’ve been here for more than two hours, and when I came, they told me it’s gonna take just an hour and a half. Before arriving, I saw they have 3.5 stars on Google, but I came here because this is my closest job. The other shop it’s gonna be like 45 minutes away from me, but I didn’t get attention for the review when I arrived; I realized why they have this terrible rating

I got two tires because it had a flat. I take my car to the dealer for a regular oil change and maintenance. Since the tires are mismatched and wasn’t installed properly I have to now get new tires and because the alignment was off it’s now causing issues in other areas that I’m getting charged 2600 to fix this. Never coming here again.

If you value your time, I recommend going elsewhere. Unfortunately, this shop does not stick to schedules. I left my car for 6 hours for a simple tire installation, only to find out when I returned that they hadn’t even started working on it. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place.

Took my car there to get 4 new tires installed. The next day found 3 of the 4 valve caps missing. One tire valve is damaged. A chunk of the brass valve is broken off. All 4 tires have different air pressure. The two rear tires were at 50+psi each. The lug bolts are over-torqued and 3 of them are damaged. By far the worst experience.

Had tires installed on my car. During the service, I was called up to the desk for them to tell me that my brakes were working at 20 percent. Hmmm that’s funny, I just had brakes installed about 6 months ago….not to mention I just went to the dealer for an oil change 3 weeks ago and of course my brakes passed with the “green” stamp of approval. I’m going to assume they gave my car another car’s report (which in itself isn’t good) and it wasn’t them being unethical.

I should have read the reviews prior to making an appointment to replace my tires. Showed up 10 min prior to my appointment. Customer in front of me was having a billing issue. Waited behind her for 20 minutes and still not 1 word from the guy or anyone else behind the desk. Waited patiently then finally asked if they were going to check me in.
The guy immediately got upset and started getting defensive. The other customer started defending him because of course he was attentively helping her. I asked for his name and he literally walked away. I just wanted him to at least acknowledge me standing there for 20 min. in line.
Don't come here to save a few bucks. It's not worth it.

I was told it would take one hour to get four new tires, and it took 2 1/2 hours. The people are not rude there, but by no means are they overly friendly. The waiting area is kind of dirty and small and noisy and cold. The staff were unaware of one of the rebates that was offered in an email from Pep Boys

Went in for tire balancing. Car shook worse after balance. I looked at my wheels and noticed the old weights were not removed. I wasted 125 dollars. Website said 15 per wheel.
