I don't come here often, usually only when Petsmart runs out of my regular brand, but this store has on more than one location closed before the posted hours on Google. I arrived 10 mins before 9 to grab one thing but unfortunately they had the doors locked already.

I brought my dogs in this location cause I love how friendly the groomers are they had smiles and great customer service. Hanna and charach were excellent with my dogs my dogs were so happy they gave them kisses after there cuts were perfect and they smelled so fresh keep up the great work ladies the world needs more of this kind and friendliness pleasant people.

As an aquatic enthusiast, I stopped by Petsmart in Bridgewater to purchase food products for my fish. I then strolled over to the aquatic section with an intent to purchase some live fish to add to my two large aquariums. I was pleasantly greeted by a staff member who happens to be the Senior manager/supervisor of this store. She was so authentic and knowledgeable in her interactions with me that I had to ask for her name. She told me her name is Lisa. I had to tell Lisa that I am telling you all in this review. Lisa is the face of true customer service at this Bridgewater store. These days, we as customers have realized that customer service is not only dead, but it is buried. I don't mean to make this too dramatic, but I hope you get my point that customer service is a thing of the past, and if we do encounter a semblance of "customer service", it is either too tired or simply not sincere. This is not a general statement, but it is generally true!
I thought my pleasant experience ended with Lisa, but then I was greeted by a cashier who also was as polite as she could have been! This tells me one thing for sure that Lisa as a Manager/Supervisor is doing a marvelous job. She is exemplifying great service by setting a beautiful tone of appreciating customers at her store. We can buy products anywhere, but we cannot buy authentic customer service.
My best and heartiest congratulations to Lisa, her staff at Bridgewater Petsmart and to the Corporate for doing an outstanding job of selecting the best of the best on your payroll. God Bless and Thank You!

Charach takes such good care of my 2 dogs when she grooms them! Caring, gentle, knowledgeable and listens to me and my dogs always look amazing!

I hesitantly booked a last minute grooming at this location while I was in town visiting family. Kelly got a few good reviews online so I chose her, but this ended up being a huge mistake. I was so so disappointed when Mousse came home. He lost his shaggy look (and the shape of his face and chin) that we loved. I booked a "Puppy bath and light trim" and added the "Deluxe" package. He did not come home with a bandana even though the "Deluxe" package says it's included. I also didn't realize a "light trim" meant his entire face would be shaved down. His face, ears, and paws are unevenly cut. Maybe I should have been more specific and showed pictures of the haircut and light trim we wanted...
Very disappointed to have spent $100 + tip for this. Suffice to say we will not be returning to this Petsmart for a grooming

We take our dogs to the grooming section and we always choose Joanne because she always does a marvelous job. Also, PetSmart has a great selection of dog foods and treats and toys.

Take our dog for training there with Derek. He’s an outstanding dog trainer and the training is very hands on.

Was searching all over the place the Chuck it Paraflyer Frisbees For my dog very hyper Belgium Mal. Started at Petco to Marshalls target TJ Maxx and finally I went to Petsmart closest to my house walked in at 9:02 AM right when they open, you can tell the employees just starting the day, I hate asking people for help especially in the morning since I work overnight I’m awake getting ready to go to bed turn off just getting up so I couldn’t find the second frisbee. I asked Kyle for help even though he was busy with a ladder and a lot of bags he scanned the item out. Realized there was one more item in the store he went out of his way grab a lot moved it. Three aisles looked on top of the bottom and finally found it all the way around the corner great employee great attitude PetSmart visited that The employees were happy enthusiastic to help and go above and beyond thank you Kyle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could never support them any longer as they're a part of #Banfield Vet. Honestly, shop on Amazon where you'll find 20-50% cheaper and free next or same day delivery. No brainers.
