“I was in the store today with a few items on my list. I was in the mood for fish and was going to get some Cod to make Oreganata. I got a nice piece then spied a trsy of Skate. I love skate but only get it infrequently at fine Italian restaurants. But it is rarely offered. Spoke to the fish monger and he said to try it “piccatta”. I did! And it was AMAZING!”
