The manager made me wait at the register while she typed on her computer and looked at her phone. I was only helped when another employee arrived and then was told to take care of me. I wonder if they realize how this disdain looks to a customer?

my friends and i were looking inside for mother’s day coming up, we sat in a chair for a minute and one of the older ladies with glasses comes up to us and goes “can i help you guys with anything?” and we say “no, we’re just looking thank you” and she immediately says “okay well not too much longer, you guys can’t be hanging out in here.”
made me leave and not want to shop here again.
sad behavior.

Very poor quality custom made bed frame from a store like Pottery barn.
The associate “designer” did not mention the box spring which apparently is “required” for this bed frame .
Waited 3 months to receive it and the slat snapped in 2 days :( the frame is wobbly and poorly constructed.
Reached out to customer service and still haven’t heard back from them about a replacement or a resolution . What’s happened with customer service these days. These brands fleece us in the name of white glove service and high quality product but it’s cheaply made camouflaged products that they are pushing on consumers.

The furniture and home decor are beautiful here
I placed an order online for in-store pickup, and the process was simple
I had just ordered ordered something from a wedding registry, and they were able to mark it as purchased for me

Pottery Barn has beautiful furniture, but its customer service is horrible. They don't provide pick-up service, so we gave our old couch away the day before our scheduled delivery. Our couch was damaged on delivery, and it took 6 months to get a replacement. Customer service was horrible throughout the whole process. They don't care about their customers.

I cannot thank the Bridgewater PB team enough for helping me source decor for a large beach house project that I am designing. I had the pleasure of working with Kathy, Joann, Sarah, and Denise who were nothing but kind and willing to support me on the spot. I look forward to continue my relationship with this store and these amazing ladies for their customer service, design expertise and team work with each other! Thank you so much!

Store person was very helpful. However, when I called trying to place an order, the lady was rude and unfriendly. Maybe manager needs to look it this- why would an employee just hang up the phone on a customer? Ridiculous.

We have a b2b account with William Sonoma and we have made several attempts to buy products (e.g. Elliot Bed Frame) but only months later come to find that they are out of stock. I would avoid pottery barn at all costs as their inventories are not current. If you buy something in my experience it is only 33% chance it will be available to actually buy. This is a company that has no inventory for what they are advertising and seems like a bait and switch to attract customers into their stores. When they pay you back it takes a long time and their help desk does not really care about the delays to your business. If you rely on Pottery Barn products for your business I would find another partner as soon as possible.

This is one of the laeger stores in the mall, huge scale with many many furniture styles to choose from. There are different layouts to get a better idea of the vibes each furniture set has. Prices are more on the expensive side but all made from high durable quality and some could only be found here. Kept very very clean.

Like the furniture and ideas and never had any issues with customer service. Just recently had to deal with the store manager at Bridgewater Mall who has no customer service skills! Not pleasant and overwhelmed with year end inventory. Left the same night to Short Hills and manager was pleasant and took it back with no issues.

WARNING Do not buy the Pearce sectional sofa! It is a piece of junk. After only three years, the cushions have broken down across the back, and there are rips at the seams. The cushions no longer fit together because they are so disfigured. We are not large people. It has caused backaches in my small family because it is such poor quality. I will need to replace this entire sofa because it is so uncomfortable now to sit on. They fail to tell you it only has a one year warranty.
