I bought multiple items here and spent a lot of money. The set of bedroom furniture I bought from Frank is terrible. It is the Colette set- do not buy it- it reeks of chemicals. He lied to me and told me that if theres an issue once the furniture is delivered, they work with the customer to address it. The furniture has persistent, terrible off-gassing that is so bad I have been unable to sleep in my bedroom since the arrival of the furniture in July. It is now November and the smell is still unbearable. I have tried everything and spent a fortune on air purifiers for VOCs, activated charcoal, etc. and nothing helps. I would expect more from this company, I did not think their furniture would be so cheap and chemical laden. I just contacted Frank and he sang quite a different tune from when I spent almost 10k there. Now he says there is nothing they can do for me. I would even exchange it for something that wont smell so bad. Terrible customer service, they will clearly tell you anything to get you to buy. I will never buy from this store again.

Terrible customer service experience. Salesperson was great during my purchase but management did not give me any sort of update as far as my delivery fee refund due to delays. I've been awaiting weeks for any sort of answer and I have not gotten any proper update, often times having a new system as an excuse as to why I haven't received my refund. Unprofessional and aggravating experience.

Arrogant customer service representative.
They can not even guide how to proceed with Claims.
We bought a Bed frame which broke in 4 days of usage. When I visited to Raymour branch out of frustration, CSR simply asked to make a call. She didn’t even apologize for the issue or tried to help.
We filed claim online and waited for 4 days, nothing happened.
When I tried to call Helpdesk, that CSR lady was able to get the House address but said couldn’t find order. She didnt even try to find the order. She didnt even know to ask Order number to check. When i asked her to hear my order number, she disconnected the call before even I read the number.
What kind of CSR do people put in these jobs?
I am fighting with the service still.

Had a very bad experience with the delivery of items. Booked items at same time but each item came 1 by 1 and delayed by atleast 4 to 5 days. On top, even when escalated, nothing happened. Simply blamed the new application:-(
My guests had to sleep in floor due to R&F….
Edit: Its Friday (5 days post scheduled delivery and it is still not done. Worst part, we have to follow up

Venkat was exceptionally knowledgeable about all the recliner sofas we were considering.
