“The equipment was ready and available when it was promised. Equipment was clean. Charges an estimated costs were as originally described. As was the final bill. Service with a smile.”
“I had an excellent experience with Avis! From the moment I booked my rental, the process was smooth and straightforward. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle for my needs. The car was clean, well-maintained, and drove like a dream!
Returning the vehicle was just as easy, with no hidden fees or complications. I appreciated the transparency and customer service throughout my rental period. I will definitely choose Avis for my future car rental needs and highly recommend them.”
“I have used them about 3 times and never had problem. I had dealt with a woman a couple of times when her boss was out, very friendly. The boss in other hand has a strong personality, but he's nice in his own way. He's just a serious man on his job. Thank you for the service.”
“It was such an easy process to get a rental car from Jeff, he was so efficient and helpful! ! Drop-off was easy as well, I’ll be renting from there again since it’s such a convenient location!”

“Pros: Communication, early opening hours, concern for customers
Accessible repair garage for automobile maintenance and repairs. It helps that the staff are prompt to answer your telephone call or return your call when you leave a telephone message. I have older cars that need repairs and maintenance frequently and Santelli Brothers Automotive often gets things right. In one example, I forgot that the mechanic already replaced my vehicle's engine coolant. When I asked for them do it according to the maintenance schedule in the vehicle manual, they remembered that the did it recently and told me that I did not need it because they did it at my last visit.”
