The store workers never greet when you walk in, they all look very angry when you walk pass them, they never acknowledge you until you do the job that they are supposed to do. For example, they never have fully stock isles, constantly looking in the drawers for items that are not out on the showroom. All the items always have about an inch or dust on the products itself. They never have enough employees on the registers even with the line extending into the showroom. This store needs help bad!

The cashier won't even give a sample. Her excuse was they only have limited amount of sample. What kind of excuse was that. I rather buy from Sephora.com because every purchase always comes with 2 free samples. This is why people don't go to the store anymore. The employees are saving the sample for their own use. Don't blame the company if the stores are closing down because it's not making much sales.

Went to this store just to browse and refill some products but the managers were very rude and pushy. I just want to shop and a lady in a pantsuit shoves a basket in my face. This other man who I think is a manager was very anxiously asking everyone if they need help but like not listening to customers and seems like he wants us to get out. I asked if he had a concealer in stock and he said an advisor would come over and help. When the advisor did come they asked if I needed a color match when thats not true so he didn't even listen to what I said. If you walk in and see a man managing and panicking just leave. It's not worth the intimidation of feeling rushed.

I usually ship at Ulta but I was in the mall and decided to try Sephora. The black girl at the Register this morning and yesterday morning was rude and just not nice. Not only that they have so many workers walking around noone asked if I need help and the guy I asked for help knew nothing about the makeup. I will never be back and will drive out of my way to go to Ulta

I went with my friend recently, and she was getting help with a hair item she needed and while i was waiting w my child and my sibling we went to try on perfume. But we also stayed in one spot while waiting for our friend. It was nice getting greeted and asked if we needed help with anything or if we were looking for anything. But then it felt annoying or as if they thought we were going to steal. We kept getting asked by at least 4 employees if we needed help, and each time we said no or that we were just here to acompany our friend that was getting help to pick out a hair product. I used to work retail and so i understand asking others if they need anything but i also know the tactics of when more than one person asking bc they might think your doing something suspicous. Thats how i was feeling, i felt like i was being a bit ganged up on. And at one point i spoke in an annoyed tone because i was getting asked alot. And tbh im sorry to that one employee that i answered in a annoyed tone. I was just tired of getting asked the same thing by multiple employees.

One of the best Sephora stores in Jersey!!! Very educated girls who are always there to help you if you need… Kristin helped me find a foundation that works for me and the match was perfect on the first try. She was very knowledgeable about the makeup and my skin…

If I can give it less I would. I always come here, and spend been only shopping at sephora for over a decade. Will be the last time, employee was nasty when I asked her to add rewards, I guess she couldn’t find it. Then stated employee forgot to input add it in previous purchase I made, no problem. I asked her if she could still honor it and she laughed and said that wasn’t possible and to call the help line because she can’t make it appear. Then bluntly asked if I was going to check out or not? I will never shop at this brand again, I guess if they are not making a sale they just don’t value customers, will be spending where my money is valued

I usually avoid Ulta Beauty stores because it’s one of those places where a bunch of people work and have time to chat with each other but no one has a minute to help me with anything. Sephora has stricter standards I guess. In any case, I was helped by a really welcoming lady who shared a similar skin type to my own and had wonderful feedback about the products I was looking for and ones that I chose. And that’s how it’s done, Ulta.

I had a great experience at the Sephora in Bridgewater mall. I stopped by with a few questions. I worked with Ricky and I have to say he was very knowledgable. I have a new skin care routine and he even did what he called a skin analysis. Really cool technology. I only came in for a face wash but left with a cologne and a new shampoo too.

horrible!!!! use to love coming here but my friend and I visited this morning and the lady on the floor was awful!! following us around everywhere we went like we were going to steal something!! she was extremely rude!! never had service like this before and I never wanted to get out of a store faster. felt like I couldn’t even get what I was looking for so we left and went to a different Sephora and had excellent customer service.

This is the Sephora we drive 45mins to when the nearest three in Pennsylvania have NO popular skincare products. Two thumbs up!! Phillipsburg and surrounding areas actually have inventory and were very grateful for this. We’ve fallen in love with Bridgewater Commons. That being said, Sephora in general is in desperate need of a solution to the “epidemic” of 10-12yr old girls destroying Drunk Elephant, Glow Recipe, and Summer Friday sections. If you’ve heard of this, yes - it happens here too! Certain parts of the rest of the store looked like they were vandalized, products smeared all over display cases, empty boxes sitting on the shelves totally disorganized, it’s very sad. Sephora is owned by the same company as Louis Vuitton, Tiffany, Givenchy, Fendy, and even a British yacht manufacturer (they really do have their hands in everything). This Sephora still deserves five stars just for having inventory and I’m sure this is nothing close to the first time anyone’s mentioned the issue to them. A solution is yet to be found nationwide, I suppose!

ok, had a bunch of stuff that needed to be restocked and almost everything was dirty. used testers were on the shelves and floors, and their samples were either dirty, empty, or there was no tester.

I always love coming to this location! One of the beauty advisors named Kristen was so helped and inclusive by helping me find some good makeup for a gay boy starting his makeup journey! I wish I could’ve given her a tip or something she was just so amazing. Thank you Kristen and the Sephora family ❤️
