My family has been going here for 10+ years & the service has always been exceptional. We have a family trucking business and use this Shell for all of our gasoline, diesel, & vehicle repair needs, & have never had a bad experience. The gas attendants have changed over the years, but they have always been very diligent workers who are incredibly kind and personable. The mechanic is great too. The prices are a just a bit high, but it's absolutely worth it for the stellar customer service ⛽✨

Tried this auto repair shop for the first time 9/2021 after reading good local reviews for my 2010 BMW 528i. I had already been to the dealer and to another place that could not fix my issue. Bill and the team took care of it and the other issues I had been dealing with. They topped it off with an inspection all for a reasonable price. This is my new Go-To auto shop. Excellent job.

They have excellent service here I have to lead your the owner I'm actually wondering if he sang all he has long red hair yes a great personality and hes amazing with cars and all the men at the gas that give you the gas are so nice to me I think going there for over 10 years they're amazing I love them they're they're the only gas station I'll go too

My father used to bring his cars to Bill Sr. back in the 70's if it was something we could not repair. I was away for 30 years and moved back 5 years ago. Found Bill Jr, In Martinsville and have been going to him with anything I need done, You cannot not find a more knowledgeable and honest group. They do not over charge and stand behind their work. In fact Billy looks for ways to save you money. His reputation is beyond reproach and his knowledge of cars an problem solving is among the best in automotive world. Even if my car was under warranty these are the only guys that I would allow to touch it.

My wife and I have been going to Bill Denson's for a couple of years now and having nothing but the best to say about every experience. The prices are great and the work has always been great. On top of that he is a super nice guy. I love being able to support a local shop and proud to call it my local shop.

Started coming here many years ago because of the friendly service. The guys pumping gas are always very nice. Mechanics are extremely competent, helpful and the prices are always reasonable.
