My experience with the sales representative was fantastic! The only problem is if you have to return something! You have to wait a month to return your bed if it's not to your liking or in my case the wrong size.

We needed to replace our 20 year-old sleep number bed.Our sales been Dominick was great! He went over all the options and features of the new beds. He spent a lot of time and was very patient. We tried a few different models to see what the differences were and we finally decided on which one was right for us. He gave us a great price. we’ve had the new bed for a few weeks and it is wonderful. My wife really enjoys using the app and getting feedback from it. I would highly recommend this bed and our salesman Dominick At the sleep number store in Bridgewater, New Jersey Jersey.

We had a wonderful experience at the Sleep Number in Bridgewater. Nancy was a very attentive and informative sales person. She let us try all the beds and helped us understand all the options. She did not pressure us into buying. We did return and purchase a split king bed that we love! The delivery guys were also amazing! The most polite and helpful young men! It was a great experience!

Nancy was lovely. She really took the time to help my father. He has spent the majority of his adult life in a waterbed and the change has been difficult. Nancy really took the time to make sure we both understood everything. I would recommend anyone who needs to make the switch to go to this sleep number store.

Buyer beware. Bought my second Sleep Number mattress several years ago. The salesperson at the store convinced us to buy the more expensive flex top mattress, telling us we can buy the adjustable base at any time. Just went back to the store - they no longer sell the base separately and refused to find a way to accommodate a loyal customer. Now I'm stuck with a mattress that requires a special based to properly use and the only way to get the base is to buy a new mattress. To top it off, the manager was rude and dismissive - never spending another dime with them.

I don't have the mattress yet, but the shopping experience was good. Our salesperson allowed us time to try out the product at our own pace, and gave us enough facts to make an informed decision.

I am so sick of this company. I made a purchase over $3000 and one of the products are defective and I cannot get any one out here to fix it. Keep saying there coming and today said they were here and couldn't find my address and left a message. They lied! You call and it's outsourced to Guatemala!!! Never again will I purchase anything from this company.

Sleep number uses FALSE ADVERTISING! I purchased a sleep number bed, was unhappy with it and wanted to return it (because they said they have a "100-Night Risk Free Trial"). The representative then said they would only take the mattress back, and not the $2700 platform portion. We were never told this in the store. I assure you, I would have never purchased anything from that store if I knew they would not allow a full refund. This is false advertising and a slimy business model. They don't tell you this so they can still keep a significant portion of your money. READ THE COMPLAINTS ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU (BBB) WEBSITE! I should have read them before considering this company.

My wife and I went in knowing exactly what we wanted and our sales person was so helpful and knowledgeable with regards to our needs. We left the store very happy and excited about our new purchase.
