The barbers here are friendly and welcomingI got my haircut done by Paula, and I would return to have my haircut done by her again!4 stars instead of 5 because of the following incident –On Friday morning, when I called to schedule a haircut appointment with Paula for the next day at 11:30, the lady on the phone said that Paula was available for a haircut appointment at that timeHowever, when I came in on Saturday at 11:30 am, Paula had another appointment, so I had to come back in the eveningI’ll remember to make sure that I schedule directly with Paula next time, but it was really inconvenient to come in and find out that I was falsely told that Paula was available at 11:30 am

This salon is conveniently located. Clean and well staffed. Pinky is hands down the best for threading here. Pain free and does a great job. Would highly recommend her.

Very pleasant experience! Pinky was great and the woman who I assume was the owner was very very welcoming! They were quick and efficient, they even gave me a rewards card for my keys and explained how it works throughly, very clean too! All in all it was just a very great first time experience!

I have been going to Starglow for over 8 years. Jenal was the best when it came to my eyebrows. She was the only person I let touch my eyebrows. Unfortunately, she is no longer there. I then started going to Kawal and now she isn't there. I have tried 3 other women and they have destroyed my eyebrows. They are 2 completely different shapes.I also heard it's a very toxic work environment which is why all the good people leave.I have tried giving everyone a shot and it just did not work. After all of these years I will be going elsewhere. It's a shame.
