Disrespectful, disgusting and unprofessional cashiers. I walked into the store on June 21 2025 around 7:20 PM with my friend ready to buy something, but the way the two women working looked me up and down, made nasty faces at me, and acted was enough to make me walk right out. I was wearing a short white skirt that was by no means inappropriate. They were blatantly judging me, whispering, and staring like it was high school. My friend told me what was going on and we left without buying anything and as we were walking up the stairs next to the store, we looked back at the workers and they were continuously making eye contact with us and whispering to each other and basically making it really obvious that they were talking about us. No one should feel that uncomfortable while shopping, especially in a store like this. Not worth the hostility and attitude.

Lovina was very personable , attentive, and kind. She assisted me with any questions and concerns I had. She was also knowledgeable and very efficient at getting my gift for my doctor wrapped beautifully ! Overall the experience was good 5 stars 🌟 🙏

Beautiful merchandise but terrible customer service. I went once back in Dec 2023 and the lady was super helpful and caring but this time when I returned in Aug 2024 I walked in and there was no hello no help no goodbye. Not a single word was uttered to me and there was 2 Employees! Super disrespectful and I was planning on buying something but bc no one assisted me I decided to buy it online. People need to stop being lazy and do their jobs, the effort it takes to earn a paycheck is just lost these days

Diana was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this store. Diana went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received and service. I will be coming back and refer my family and friends.

I am a huge Swarovski fan and I loved the pink and green jewelry within this store and how it was organized. The sets were very charming and as always it was a pleasant experience to visit the store.

I received a necklace as a Christmas gift & the clasp is defective & not in working condition & I called to ask them to change the clasp but they only offered an exchange for something else. They don't stand behind their merchandise & don't even have a home jeweler who can do repairs, very dissatisfied & disappointed & they lost us as a customer.

I have been there yesterday to buy my bday present ? and christina the store associate helped me in finding the one I wanted. She very patiently showed me everything I asked her for and even helped me trying them on... Thanks to her I had a very nice experience.
