The costumer service sucks, they are rude and they work like are different companies, online, clients services, and retail stores. If you are going to buy they would do anything to sell you and treat you with decency even they will pay your debt with the competition, but if you have an issue with one of their devices (home internet) they act like they’re different companies. T-Mobile is getting worse and worse.

Can't say enough about this store. The representative Mario helped me get a new phone because my old phone was defective and helped me transfer information. Very professional and he actually knows what he's doing.

Very pleasant store. Walked in to tranfer my information and the sales rep Mario went above and beyond for me even though I purchased through the phone. Gave me a nice cup to. 5 stars well deserved.

Representatives and Manager should be more knowledgeable and on the same page as T-Mobiles customer service. Went to the store today and spoke to Rep Mario regarding a simply question of the which said total opposite things as when I called customer service. If you don’t know an answer don’t just guess. Mario keep saying the same thing over and over and had the audacity to go up to the supposed manager and say that I was not understanding as if I didn’t speak enough English for that, even mentioning things that I did not discuss about doing, I clarify the question and all manager didn’t even had the respect to stand up and walk towards me to explain anything. Stay away from this store. Such a shame to give that type of customer service!!!! My star rate is the most they deserve for this experience!

Matthew at this store was very helpful and very knowledgeable of his job about T-Mobile customer care and account services. I recommend going to this store and asking for Matthew. Great service!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Matt originally helped us pick out phones and he explained to me the differences in the phone I had and the ones I was thinking about getting. While my fiancés phone was being transferred he stepped away to help another person because they were so busy. Jorge helped us finish our setup. We were there for a while because the phone wasn’t transferring data properly but Jorge sat and talked with us and was just so friendly. Even though the phone took a while I didn’t have an unpleasant experience. Everyone seemed so nice and friendly.

Overall staff was pretty friendly but the guy who helped was clearly new and unprofessional. He opened up my new phone, turned it on, and went through all the set up process. I had assumed he needed to check something or fix something in the phone but he just opened up the phone put it back into the box and handed it to me! The phone had many fingerprints on it and i didn’t even get to appreciate the satisfying apple product unboxing! The new sim card added had problems and had to bring it back the next day but after that it worked great. All staff were pretty helpful just a few things that seemed unprofessional.

Had a great easy breezy experience here. The data suddenly stopped working on my phone . I spoke to Aaron on the phone, when I came into the store he remembered me and everything I told him. He investigated the issue and got it fixed up right away.

Quick and attentive to get me sign up with T-mobile, I walked in with an iPhone11 and they it took back from me and got me an iPhone14 for a couple bucks. Great deals and good timing I guess.

Solid 5 stars! Came to Bridgewater store and Jorge (Store manager) served me. He was professional and knowledgeable. He solved my issue in less than 5 mins (the phone rep couldn't and that was over 30 mins). Next time around, I'll do everything at the store and not on the phone or online as they messed up my order. Thank you Jorge!
