VERY VERY NICE EMPLOYEES""" EVERYONE"""SAY HELLO !!!, HOW CAN I HELP YOU ?IM 62 YEARS OLD, SPANISH, AND AS A DRIVER , I HAVE BEEN WORKING ALL OVER THE EAST COAST OF THE COUNTRY, WHICH I HAVE VISITED MANY BANKS,,, USUALLY IF YOU DON'T HAVE BANK ACCOUNT, YOU DON'T GET HELP, BUT SINCE I WALKED THE FIRST DAY 5 YEARS AGO , " EVERYONE" IS NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, EVEN THE MANAGER, AND YES THEY MAKE SURE WHEN YOU LEAVE, YOU LEAVE WITH A SMILE .GOD BLESS THEM ALL !!!!

Went to drive up this am to deposit &get cash back. Teller loudly over speaker asked how I want my xxx amount of money back. Everyone heard her say the amount. Very unprofessionaldrive tamt of cash I was getting back. Very very unprofessional

Worse manager ever never wants to help had a good first 9 to 10 years in this bank they don’t test people like human beings here go to the other branches and all of a sudden you are better respected they don’t help you go to other branches and you will see what I mean manager interrogates you like you are a prisoner..

Terrible customer service ! Went during lunch and wasted time. There’s plenty of TD banks in the area go somewhere else. Avoid this place if possible

Worst TD of all time, employees are horrendous and have no customer service skills. Rude and disrespectful Indian woman at the counter.Don't worry, that's why I continue to use online banking where they want and appreciate their customers.

Where do I even begin. This has to be the worst TD I have ever been to. Numerous times has my money not been withdrawn due to their machines. Then they have the nerve to say it will take several business days to find out if I’m lying or not. Totally ridiculous. And the customer service is horrible. If I could give them a negative star I would. I just don’t understand how they can treat people the way they do. Going to another bank immediately. Everyone stay away.

SUBJECT: NOW SCARED TO MAKE CASH DEPOSIT THRU TELLERS:I always go here coz this is the nearest td in my area. So i had made my today's agenda and td is my FIRST STOP. I made a CASH DEPOSIT and if i am not mistaken, the teller who assisted me is NEW. And if anyone is NEW in any kind of job, someone should be training and staying by her side to assist her especially this is $$$$$$!! But for some reasons, two people are with her, but not staying at her back to see if she is doing the right thing. They will just teach her then leave. ANYWAY, so I deposited and did not get a receipt (which i refused though i usually ask for it in any type of transactions i make). And i was feeling uncomfy when i was in the parking lot so i called TD customer to check my balance coz i know that cash shld be available right away but mine wasn't so i went back inside and check in the atm machine and nothing either so i went to the same teller and ask for a receipt and i found out that my deposit did not go thru. The lady named evelyn (maybe a supervisor or manager), helped me however i waited more than 40mins for them to resolved my problem because they need to count ALL THE TRANSACTION/cash that the teller made with all the customers.??♀️ i was hungry waiting, i have agendas to do, my ice coffee is waiting to be picked up.. etc... in short, THIS IS A VERY HASSLE AND INCONVENIENT!

My job requires me to make multiple deposits throughout the month so I’ve come here very frequently for the past 3 years. This review is based on the drive thru service. Out of all the employees that have done my deposits, I can only say 1 has me in and out in no time and never has an issue. Everyone else takes forever and does not know how to count. I double, triple check my deposit amounts before coming every time (as it’s required for my job), have it ready with the deposit slip and they always take 15+ minutes. It should not take this long. Most of the time, it’s not even busy! If it is, I understand. But no, they ALWAYS miscount and take forever. Not only do they take forever to finish but they will finish customers that come up after you when you are already waiting. If it wasn’t for the convenient location, I’d go to another TD somewhere else. Wastes time and GAS just sitting there waiting for them to scan or count only 5 or 10 checks. I’ve had deposits with 40+ checks and the lady I mentioned earlier will take less than 5 minutes. I will say they are very pleasant to talk to and nice but need better training and be more efficient.

Horrible experience- reported them to Corporate. Gave me issues with a transaction- needed a bank check for mortgage down-payment. Even with 3 official Identification cards they wanted more. Not sure what else I could provide besides a dna swab. Called TD while in line ( drive thru) - who informed the manager they wanted to speak with him. He refused. They ended up calling the bank to tell him to accept the Identification. Never again.

I tried to make a simple withdrawal to transfer into another person's bank account. I have been employed as a TD bank teller also, in my past, so I know how efficient and quickly this can be performed while checking all necessary security components. I literally gave my DL, my password on my account and my SSN and the teller Annie still had to hand back my withdrawal slip for me to perfect my signature. It should be understandable that a signature will be slightly different than the previous and I gave all other identification. I willingly gave her all of my other identification and there was still a delay. While she was also balancing helping another employee. Just a huge delay for a simple transaction, a transaction that I know how to perform as an ex employee myself and should have been much quicker and smoother while still securing my account. This teller lacked efficiency. My time was waisted. Very annoyed from my experience.

I found the customer service at this banking institution to be Exemplary! Alexis Gonzalez took his time explaining the necessary steps I needed to take in settling my Mom’s estate. He was respectful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you!

The manager is rude. All I needed was some change for my elderly father who has an account and he would not let me get it. He is ignorant and doesn't promote and friendly service. I will never bank with them because of this guy. He actually grills everyone. Other customers called him ridiculous.

Expecting me to discuss my concerns in the lobby of the bank is really uncomfortable for me and unprofessional of them.He eventually sat me down and pulled up my account when I insisted. The tellers were very nice.
