I was trying to open a business account in other location , unfortunately that was a frustrating experience. But luckily I received an excellent service from Yenifer Cruz Garcia at Bridgewater site. I gave her 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.She is professional ,patient and efficient and constructive. The store manager Michael Furleiter is a very professional and very nice leader .

Gurpreet is the best. She is very professional, has a lot of patience and answered to all my questions. I needed to open a joint account & she did everything she could to get my account. She is amazing and very kind. Definitely recommended. This branch of TD bank staff is very kind and friendly !! Do not miss out on this bank

The manager Kristy is absolutely disgusting I cannot believe the behavior she displayed as a bank manager!! I am beyond upset and will never return with that attitude I’m surprised she was even hired

The Bridgewater TD Bank branch is perhaps the worst branch of TD Bank that I have ever been to. I am not surprised by the other people‘s reviews and I always take it with a grain of salt but seriously this time I can vouch that they are really poor with customer service. I went in today to make a deposit because I wanted to pay a contractor and because of holidays and everything else they said six business days, which would come out 6 January today is the 24th nobody at the bank was helpful and frankly one of the gentleman at the counter was rude.
I will be seriously considering closing my business account and asking my wife to close her personal account at TD and go to Wells Fargo.

Call to discuss a substantial amount of money I have in your facility and how I would go about dispersing thatset amount. The woman was very rude and unpleasant to speak to. Asked to speak with the manager and waited 5 minutes before they got back on the phone to tell me I needed to wait another 10-15 minutes for her to call me back. Never called me back

Called to open a checkings, a girl answered the phone and then placed me on hold, then disconnected me/was dissconnected. I've tried calling them back a dozen times. Finally i get her back and she informs me her manager distracted her and they were understaffed.
Opening with another branch now.
If management is so poor here that the employees are the ones taking the brunt during understaffing, and cannot even answer the phone and balance their duties,that they'd be this unprepared with staffing issues post holiday? i have no confidence in how this branch will manage my account.
girl i spoke to seemed nice, no issue with her. managment is the issue here.

For the fourth time, they clone my debit card, make purchases from other places where I have not been and leave me literally empty, it is very sad to check your account suddenly and realize this, lose a day of work to go solve this for the fourth time.

Incredibly unhelpful and lazy employees at this location. I needed my statements printed for the year for tax purposes and they told me there is a policy against it and I must order them - the whitehouse branch has printed my statements for me the past 3 years - I just called whitehouse branch and they were very helpful and will have them ready to be picked up this afternoon. The whitehouse branch seemed very suprised that they gave me such a hard time about this. Common now guys do better !!!!

Yesterday we made a deposit at the drive through and they deposited the funds in someone else’s account. We understand mistakes happen, but this has caused a ton of trouble for us.
