I’m impressed how friendly the staff is from the registration desk all the way to payment desk. The Dr was knowledgeable and took time to talk & explain what I needed. Very good experience.

Doctor was okay. He asked if I was going to be purchasing glasses that day from the Pearl Vision in which the office was located, and I told him that I had actually found a few options I really liked else where. I then asked to have my PD measured, as I was having my eye exam done there anyway. He told me whoever I would buy glasses from would measure my PD… but what if I decide to purchase online? I mean I feel like part of getting an eye exam is to have the pupillary distance measured, no? I don’t see why instead of just doing what would have taken less than two minutes of his time, that’s the response I got. I’m glad I didn’t waste a single extra penny on this place besides the copay. I will be finding a new place to go for my exam next time, that doesn’t give subpar care to patients who don’t want to purchase glasses from the connected establishment. ☺️

I came in with my 2 little kids to get my glasses fixed. Turns out they were broken and unrepairable. Then I found out I couldn’t pick out a new pair without an updated vision check. They helped wrangle my kids, giving them something to draw, got me in for an appointment. My kids got to get behind the machines and watch my eyes as I was getting checked. They thought it was so cool , and will likely make their first appointments easier now. When I came back out to choose my frames, they helped entertain my kids again. It was such a great experience for a mom trying to run an “quick errand” with 2 little kids. We will definitely return.

Everyone was very sweet, it’s been while since I went to a eye exam, haven't been since I was small. So I was a tad nervous to say the least, but the receptionist explained everything to me ,about my insurance, the whole process ,answered all questions and concerns I had. The other lady’s where also very sweet and patient , as well as the eye doctor . if your looking for a eye doctor I highly recommend this place!!! Also I may add very beautiful frames!!! Had a blast picking out the perfect ones for me! Can’t wait till I pick them up !!

Dr. Estelle Roberts is an excellent optometrist, super professional, knowledgeable and experienced. I am very glad to have her to help me deal with the RGP prescriptions. She’s an excellent addition to this practice and the reason I will continue to return here. The front office continues to be well run.

Terrible experience after change in ownership. First they called me to schedule my annual exam, we agreed on an afternoon appt. Two days before, I receive a text with an evening time that I couldn’t make. They reschedule me and I assume I’m scheduled for the doctor I’ve been seeing for the past 15+ years. Turns out he was on vacation and they have me see a completely unfamiliar doctor. This is only after they had me sign paperwork that was very confusing and if you didn’t read close enough, would lead to unnecessary out of pocket costs. Further I had to pay out of pocket for a “contact evaluation” or I couldn’t renew my contacts. I’ve been wearing the same contacts for 5 years and I have insurance. Terrible all around. It’s too bad Dr Storbeck wasn’t there for me to share my concerns. I’ve always been fond of him but I don’t see myself going back there.
