I've had multiple issues with UPS packages coming from here. The drivers never knock or ring your doorbell, they just leave a note saying no one was home. Be warned!! I would never recommend anyone use UPS

TO THE MANAGER OF UPS BOUND BROOK
Whomever was assigned to 82 E Cliff St Somerville on 07/25 , i will be pressing charges against the driver. The address was not incorrect as they claimed, this location has delivered to me here in the past. They took advantage of the fact i did no signature required ( i work from home ). I saw their truck on my block you waited a few minutes ( didn't even leave your truck ) and left. There is an UPS investigation & that driver will be arrested for theft once i go to the police tomorrow

I got package from India ( 3 packages), they said some mistake in the address, so I updated in the website, now
UPS delivered only 1 package, after that they said we will deliver soon. Today they are telling us we missed package at boundbrook facility, I never had an issue with fedex / DHL . First time I received through UPS.
Who will be the responsibility. I need my package right now.
They said we can claim. But I don’t want to claim, I need my 2 packages.
Worst experience 😡

In ups website it’s showing My 3 packages are at boundbrook NJ, but I received only 1 package after updating my address. And now they are saying other 2 packages are lost. But at first they said to update my address information. I updated, but I didn’t received two packages. No response at all from them

Was sitting at home on Saturday waiting all day for my package containing my dog's ashes to arrive. I got a notification that package was undeliverable and I'd have to wait til Monday. I checked my cameras around the perimeter and there was no sign of a UPS truck anywhere. I really wanted my baby home, so I immediately called customer service. I explained my situation and mentioned that the package contained my dog's ashes. They said the Bound Brook center would call me shortly to discuss details. I got a call about 10 minutes later from a sweet lady (really wish I remembered her name...) from this location extending her condolences. She mentioned that the driver assumed my address was a commercial address and since it was Saturday, couldn't have been delivered. I understood the mixup and she dispatched the driver to turn back and deliver the package. I couldn't thank her enough... She even gave me the direct line to call in case the package still wasn't delivered within the hour. Just 5 minutes after I got off the phone, the package was right at my doorstep. I can't thank this location enough for going above and beyond to make sure my baby got back home in time ❤️

Both of my last two packages delivered by UPS arrived completely smashed. Don't have this problem with USPS or FedEx. I literally heard the delivery driver throw it onto the ground in front of my house. Hire better employees.

I am disappointed with my delivery experience. The driver marked my package as undeliverable, despite a family member being outside and seeing the delivery truck pass by without stopping. When I contacted customer service, they were very helpful, but they asked me for landmarks to help with the delivery. If the driver is having trouble, perhaps they could pull up the address on Google Maps. They also mentioned there was an issue with my address, but my house numbers are clearly visible. Thankfully, my package is now scheduled to arrive tomorrow. While I appreciate the customer service support, I hope future deliveries are handled more professionally.

No delivery, no update, no customer service. No nothing. UPS is trash. I would leave negative reviews if I could. ?️

UPS has ruined what was supposed to be the best day of my life. For 2 days I’ve been trying to resolve why the driver says my address is invalid. I verified the address. I gave specific instructions on how to get to my address. It’s very much so a valid address. I’ve lived there for over 3 years. Never have a problem with USPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc. But always a problem with UPS. UPS doesn’t care! No attempt was made. Now my son’s medical equipment is being sent back to the sender. My son was supposed to be able to come home from the hospital for the first time in his life. He’s been in the hospital 346 days today. He can’t come home without that medical equipment. I even said to hold the packages where they are and I’ll go pick them up. They said no!!!
I called the 800 number yesterday and today. Got nowhere. Two separate reps said they would call me back. Never did. Today I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told he’s not taking calls and will call me back. I told them if I didn’t hear back I’d take this as far as the news. Suddenly the supervisor is available?! He basically said sorry nothing he can do and sorry my son can’t come home now. I asked for the corporate number and he gave me a number that wasn’t for corporate.
Thank you UPS for ruining what was supposed to be the greatest day of my life: my son’s homecoming for the first time in his life after 11 months (349 days on Tuesday) in the hospital fighting for his life

Your driver LADO is terrific. He is very conscientious and never leaves my packages in the parking lot of my apartment building for someone to steal like many UPS drivers do. He always knocks on the locked main door. If I'm not there he brings it to a safe location. He's a keeper!

The employee helped wrap a fairly heavy barbell and took it for shipping. Very nice and helpful.

When given a choice, I always choose FedEx, even at increased cost. UPS has delivered to the wrong address, delivered damaged goods inside clearly mishandled boxes, claimed an attempted delivery requiring a signature when I was home all day, promised (but never made) return phone calls to address delivery issues, and told me I'd be charged to change delivery to a UPS Store when they failed to make proper delivery to my home. And their automated phone customer service is obviously designed to keep you from speaking with a human, while the bot you talk to offers no viable aid. Aside from all that, they're just peachy keen.

Ups facility is upkeep. Good job handling directions to the customer center which is across the street.

Two staff (driver? Maybe) crossed the NJ-28 in the heavy traffic around 9 am. I have to take a sudden brake to prevent any accidents. The employer has to implement safer transportation for the employees and reinforce the safety policy and education. Otherwise, UPS should pay for the loss of life.
