I went into the post office and was dealing with Jatin. The person is a very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. He talked down on me since I didn’t have the print out form that he was informing me about. I informed him that I didn’t see it or know about it. I did fill out a form that was handed to me by a lady. However, as soon as I got with Jatin he was rude and inpatient. Telling me how wrong I am and as a person that use to work with customers would never talk back or talk down on them. He definitely needs to have training about how he should talk to customers.

The worst post office on the planet. The postman yelled at me for asking for certified mail forms as they were all empty in the vestibule. Every time you go the line is long and the people are rude.

THE OLD ASIAN LADY IS LAZY! She thinks scanning packages is TOO MUCH WORK so she doesnt scan anything into the system! This results in MY customers asking me where is their package, because tracking never updated until it reaches the next location!

So this is the second time I have experienced mail theft. First time was a cash delivery that never arrived and apparently was intercepted and taken at this post office, but again not 100% sure if theft occurred at this hub and secondly, a check never arrived and was cashed somehow. Complaints filed both times...Maybe cameras in work area might help or more thorough prescreening of potential employees?? Very disappointing nevertheless

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Next level stupidity all around. Never more than one person working, crazy lines and just poorly run. No wonder the USPS is going broke. Sell it to FedEx and have it operating properly.

This is the worst post office of all, probably, in the state of New Jersey or in Somerset County. Many of my letters simply disappeared and letters were lost, precisely when I sent my mail from this terrible post office! These receipts serve as evidence of their unprofessional and dishonest work and customer service. March 2024 was my last time I sent a letter from this place, me and all my relatives and friends - we will never use this post office again. By the way, I also heard arguments and disputes between other people and the managers and employees of this post office, all about the loss of letters and the terrible work of this place. I would honestly give this place a minus five if it were possible!

Had a mail carrier just make two "fake" deliveries to my house of signature required mail. I was sitting in the room next to the door. There was no knock or doorbell ring. Now I have to waste my time to pick it up at the post office. I'll never voluntarily use USPS for deliveries. The mail carrier can't do his or her job? What the hell is going on over there?

I understand that as society we are going through a lot these times but there is no need for the man behind the counter to be unnecessarily rude and smart a** to the clients just because of a small mistake. Please be kind and professional.
