I went to upgrade 4 lines on my plan and the sales person, Kevin was very distracted with his own personal phone. I said I could come back when he had time but he said he said he would help then continued to use his personal phone. I asked a question about earphones and didn’t give me any feedback. I spent over $400 and didn’t even thank me of being a loyal client of over 15 years. I will be escaping this to HQ.

This is my go to place, never a long wait. Everyone is helpful and efficient. They know their products & easily help you fix glitches. I go out of my way to use this store. So worth the drive though.

Super friendly store that’s well-staffed. Verizon offers bundles and upgrades that T-mobile doesn’t, and provides access to better customer service and more savings with their FIOS offerings. We’ve been pleased with their family-friendly options, and this location has the knowledgeable and patient employees to match.

this store is awful. I went in to inquire about my new phone and the young woman that helped me was SO rude. she shut me down while I was talking to her and refused to assist me with my issue. I was mortified. she was loud and acted like I was bothering her, and it was in front of my children too which made it that much worse. I will never go into this store again!!! such a shame because it's in a good location which is convenient in Bridgewater. I will travel to a different store with better customer service!!!

Unbelievable the agent couldn't activate my phone I had to call customer service and do it myself!! I’m updating my review After 8 years and they still the most incompetent store in the country I would dare to say, please place your orders in the store by the route 202 these people are not trained I don’t even know how this store still operating!

This Verizon store just closed because of false fire alarm and kicked out everyone while the rest of the mall remains open and no real fire is happening

Don't visit this location if you really need help with your device or upgrade plan. I was assisted by a lazy girl who had no potential to help any customer. I was told talk to customer service if I need help with changing my existing plan or trade in device. I was surprised with their response. I don't know why they are running the place if we have to talk to customer service.

The experience in this store cemented my negative opinion of Verizon. I wouldn't buy a paper clip from them. The staff was unfriendly and incompetent. I could feel my blood pressure rising as my issue was being resolved. I hope I will never have to enter one of their stores again. If I felt comfortable with another wireless provider I would leave Verizon yesterday. A horrible awful experience.

My phone was mistakenly taken by someone who returned it to your store. No one mailed the device back to me and I need to speak with someone about what was done with my phone. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached.

Was told it would be just a few minute wait to return my modem. 30 minutes later, finally am seen and they tell me they don’t take FiOs modem returns there. *sigh*This place always has a long wait, which is whatever, but to wait for nothing is very frustrating.

I took out my phone, I opened my account at Verizon because they recommended it to me, which I can't complain about because it's a good service, but MIkE's attention yesterday made me feel super uncomfortable for which I had bought a screen protector and the boy who put it in did it wrong and told me to come back to change it for another one because he no longer had any more, and yesterday that I went mike took care of us to say that there isn't any, that we go to another place and well we wait for the boy who waited on us last time and then Mike started saying that only for $10 dollars that we can't pay and trying to make me feel uncomfortable with the other people who were in Verizon which I would not return there and making a mocking laugh which I would not return anymore
