Everyone at BVH has gone above and beyond to treat her issues, especially Dr. Ritter. She's so knowledgeable and kind, and she always listens to our concerns. The assistants treat her like a princess, and the people running the whole show up front are terrific. Thank you all for everything you do.”

From the lovely woman at the front desk—I believe her name was Amanda (and I apologize if I’m mistaken!)—to the gentleman who handled our intake information, everyone made us and our two fur babies feel comfortable and cared for. The bedside manner was truly amazing. They took the time to listen, ask questions, and genuinely understand what brought us in rather than making us feel rushed. You could tell that they truly care about their patients and the families who love them. We left feeling heard, reassured, and confident that our fur babies were in great hands.
