Understaffed and the banker is quite sarcastic and will try to belittle you.There’s only 1 teller and 1 banker. Prepare to wait, every time I have to wait more than 20 min. Avoid

I went to this branch today with a special request. Andrea and I believe her supervisor were very accommodating and sensitive to my needs. They heard my needs and knew exactly what I needed. Thanks - great customer service!!!

If I could give zero star ,that will be appropriate rating for this branch. Banker has nothing to do with customer service. Go for nearby branch like Sommerville.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The wait to see someone is absolutely ridiculous as they are improperly staffed, not quick, inefficient, and just have no concept of time. Definitely go to a neighboring bank like Somerville or if you can go to Flemington. Otherwise, make sure that you book 2 hours to get something done.

The management at this bank is horrendous. Due to an employee error (lack of training), I lost quite a bit of money. All they had to offer was "sorry". They do not take responsibility for their own ignorance. Do you want people like this in charge of your money? I was horrified after being a family customer of over 30 years. Utterly disgusting.
