Beautiful store and beautiful inventory but I don’t get a good feeling from the rest of the reviews here - from many people who seem to be decently frequent WS shoppers.
We didn’t speak to anyone here but we were here for 5-10mins and no one spoke to us. It wasn’t busy at all.

We called in advance to inquire whether or not this store had a specific Nespresso Espresso machine and were told they had 3. We drove 25 miles one way to buy this 849.99 machine. Once we arrived at the store, they searched and could not find one. This was a 90 minute waste of our time. Bought it on Amazon for two day delivery. If, in 5 years, you wonder why WS is out of business….

I was here in first time January 2025. I liked this store. Looks as everything is highly quality. High level all products in the store.

Similar feelings as other reviewers… I came in to pick up an online order and it took 5 minutes to get someone’s attention. Keep in mind there were 7 workers and I was one of maybe two other shoppers in the store. I was ignored and stared at while patiently waiting at the counter for help, before I eventually had to directly ask someone to help me. Just confused why the lack of attentiveness and judging stares.

By far the worst store in the whole bridgewater mall! Staff are always unwelcoming and quiet. They just ignore you but stare. Not sure why this is? Do they think it will make me spend more to prove to them? I rather shop at short hills or online.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. Ordered a precooked food package to be delivered to a friend during a vulnerable time in their life. Order was delayed indefinitely and their only solution was a refund.

I purchased a high end thermometer for around $50 back in May 2022.. the plastic probe snapped off recently.. I went in today with my receipt to see if I could exchange (I wasn't expecting a refund, just for them to stand by their products) I was told there was nothing they could do. I wasn't going to write a review but I heard them laughing as I was walking out. (I was the only one in the store at the time) Very disappointing as I have spent a ton of money in this store over the years. I will not be returning.

"William Sonoma, AKA the store that has everything you never knew you needed, is a dangerous place to enter. I went in just looking for a simple spatula and came out with a $200 blender, a set of copper measuring cups, and a fancy cheese grater that requires an engineering degree to assemble. This store has a way of making you feel like you're missing out on some crucial kitchen gadget that everyone else in the world already has. But fear not, because William Sonoma has it, and it comes with a hefty price tag. You know you're in trouble when you start rationalizing spending $50 on a single spoon. So if you're feeling like you're not living your best culinary life, head on over to William Sonoma and prepare to be financially crippled by the sheer amount of kitchen gadgets you never knew you needed (but now can't live without)."

Please avoid this location and only shop at William Sonoma located in the Short Hills Mall. They did not place one of the items in my pick up order. When we called to let them know, we were treated as if it was our mistake and they went as far as asking if we broke the item and were asking for a free one. Very sad to see the customer service by Shanika and Eric at this location and sad to see our family won't be having the specific item on their Christmas table.

I come here all the time and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The store is also very well stocked it's a little pricey but it's William Sonoma so that's part of the reputation. If they don't something you want in stock they will order it for you

I've always been a fan of this purveyor and supplier of fine culinary items, from vanilla extract to Le Creuset pans. It is similar to any Williams-Sonoma store when you walk in, you can see the main displays for the season or whatever they are promoting, nicely laid out in an enticing fashion. Walk around and the store has an easy layout to follow but it is jam packed with a lot, so it may take you awhile to get to the section you're most interested in for the shopping trip. Cookware and bakeware near the front, followed with lots of food in the middle and then linens, service ware and tableware towards the back. Utensils are around the food in the middle. I try my best to avoid the food because everything I've ever had from here from pasta to sauce to olive oil to vanilla extract is superb quality and flavor, so it's easy to buy when I don't need anything. I love that they have so many pans to choose from, including pizza pans and stones, cupcake pans, sauté pans, roasting pans and whatever you need. Folks here have always been helpful whenever I needed anything- just ask and they can find something you couldn't find, as long as it's in stock. They do some fun cooking demos here of some of the equipment and food. Yum! Love this store! For what they have, it's great for such a small size shop. Pretty impressive!
