Brielle Cyclery is by far the best bicycle shop. I have been going there since 2021, which I purchased my Cervelo Caledonia 105, and have not had one bad experience. Joe is always super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my bike in for maintenance, and I can't wait to ride. They always do an extraordinary service.

Top marks all around. The staff were responsive, informative, and friendly. They truly enjoy what they do and create a welcoming environment. Communication for the bike build and scheduling a fit was excellent. Everyone took the time to explain aspects of the bike and fitting and listened to my input to ensure I got the right bike and equipment.

Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff! Brielle Cyclery gave us an incredibly generous deal when we purchased our 2 Trek Marlin 5 Gen 2’s from their shop in Brielle. They have multiple locations and included “Trek Care”. Wes and the staff ensured that our bikes were a proper fit and that we were able to take them home safely on our bike rack. Even though I’m about an hour away from their nearest store, we found it more than worth it to later purchase a third Trek for our son! Their stores have an amazingly wide selection of many different brands of bikes for kids and adults. We highly recommend Brielle Cyclery!

I have worked with Brielle for over 20 years and could not recommend them higher! Kathrine, Wes, Gunner as well as all there staff make you feel so important!! I wouldn’t trust my bike service with anyone else than Clarence and the rest of the mechanics! The Jersey shore is lucky to have a shop of this quality in its area.

We always have a great experience at Brielle Cyclery. Every employee has been so helpful and very knowledgeable. I never feel pressured to buy something I don't want/need. also great selection of bikes and accessories. The service repair is also excellent with great turnaround time.

I am there often and they are always great. I told them I wanted to bring my bike in for a tune-up and was told to wait because they have a special on tune-ups coming up. They want you as a customer for the long-term so they do the right thing by you.

I made a four hour journey(8 hrs round trip) to get the bike I wanted. Digger was excellent to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Bike was ready to go when I got there. Busy shop and I still felt like a valued customer on my first visit. And they gave me a great deal on my purchase to boot. Their shop is pristine. Wish it was closer so I could make it my “Local Bike Shop”! I noticed on the wall they had 3 awards for the last three years as a top seller for Trek. That does not surprise me. Keep up the good work Brielle Cyclery!! Jeff

Dig is the man, he helped me pick out a great bike and I couldn't be happier with the service and expertise of the staff. They had to ship the bike I wanted to their location and they had it ready for me within a couple days including assembly. Awesome guys and know their craft.

Very friendly staff. Convenient location and fair service pricing. They emailed and texted me when my bike service was completed which I really enjoyed opposed to me having to follow up on the status of my order. Great offering of boutique apparel as well. Bike was delivered and received In meticulous condition and ready to ride off the lot.
