My daughter has been attending Dance For Joy since she was a young child. The instructors are experienced, knowledgeable and possess a love of dance that manifests in all they do!

Before the holidays I was referred to an instructor here named Jessica for beat boxing lessons. The lessons were for my nephew who expressed an interest in learning more about beat boxing. Lessons like this were not easy to come by so when I got in touch with Jessica I felt like there was definite hope in letting my nephew explore this journey. She was responsive and flexible as far as pricing and availability went, which I really appreciated. My nephew and I went for his lesson and he was overjoyed! He loved everything about it and was excited to get back. I shared with Jessica that he would be getting braces later that week and would need some time for them to adjust. There was about 3 weeks in the gap of us communicating, but I have tried multiple times and ways to get in touch with her since the end of January so he can go back. She hasn't responded to anything and my nephew is feeling pretty crushed. I'm not sure if her behavior is that of the whole studio, but I didn't have any other way to express what happened.

This studio is like my second home. I love to see smiling faces when I walk in the door. The environment is super positive and everyone is like family.

As we finish our third year with Dance For Joy, I find myself even more impressed than our first year. This studio has the most amazing staff and educators and the recitals are INCREDIBLE. Both of my daughters look forward to their classes every single week. As a first time dance mom, I always have a significant amount of questions and they have never gone unanswered. Each step of the way the dress code, schedules, tuition and recital information is sent in a timely manner with full details. We will absolutely be a DFJ family for life. If you're looking for a fantastic dance studio, at any level, for your child BOY OR GIRL, you will not be disappointed with Dance For Joy.

The best dance studio in the area for producing well rounded dancers. The ballet instruction is top notch and choreography is so creative with emphasis on art rather than competing.

Won a $100 gift Certificate at a School function, was very excited. Certificate was only for a Summer Program. Spoke with them a few times as soon as I got the certificate to confirm my grandaughter can do the summer program on Thursday nights since we have a conflict with schedules and I will be the only one to take her (since I work) She was approved to start and they were to get back to me with a price. It has been over a month, multiple phones calls and voice mails left and no one has ever called me back. Not impressed at all.

Our 3 year old had a fantastic experience in pre ballet last year! The only problem we faced was the dress code, our daughter didn't like wearing DFJ's leotard for unclear reasons as it was very nice but this made her a real bear getting into it.

Making decisions for our children can be tough. At the end of last year we made a decision to move our daughter to Dance for Joy after 6 years at her former school. We decided on DFJ after the rave reviews two of my high school students shared with me. We could not be more happy with how much our daughter enjoyed this year of dance. We were absolutely blown away at the recital, what amazing dancers who learn from their super talented teachers. Ending her first year at DFJ she is both happy and sad: happy for the great times she had and all she has learned & sad to say goodbye to her amazing teacher Miss Cory. We could not thank Miss Cory enough for the new found confidence she has instilled in our daughter, in both dance and her daily life. We can't wait for years of happiness ahead of us at DFJ.
