Exercise Coach is by far the best workout that I have had in years ... so different and was I surprised that a 20 minute session could be more intense than an hour at a gym. I love coming 2x per week and after a month am feeling stronger. The atmosphere, instructors and clients are wonderful, friendly and so helpful!
