Simple drop off with preprinted shipping label but unfortunately was on vacation so didn’t have tape to close box. Charged $3 for 20sec of effort and 3 pieces of tape. Pretty ridiculous.

This store is always quick and efficient and extremely friendly. Especially Layne. He is always working hard but also having a good time. I love coming in and hearing him sing. He makes everyone smile.
And makes any lines seem to go so much quicker.

Charging people $3.20 to put a piece of tape on an Amazon return? This is the only UPS store that gives you a hard time almost every time for Amazon returns. The rules are different depending on the day.

Stopped by today with documents to shred. It was quick and easy and the price was right. The customer service person on duty was Layne. He was friendly and helpful and singing when I walked in. Put me in a good mood for the day.
