Visited for Flu/COVID vaccine boosters. There was a glitch in the appointment software. But, AS ALWAYS, Erin the pharmacist, made sure we were taken care of.She always goes out of her way to assist customers. She has spoken with our medical coverage representative to fix issues with orders and billing. We deal with 3 CVS stores regularly. She makes this one the best! Clone her (LOL).

awful experience & rude pharmacist. went to pick up UTI medication while pregnant(which is extremely serious) and they were no help and slammed the gate down on me and said they were closed..... out of all the jobs in my life I have never been able to talk to or act that way to clients/ customers .... I know how stressful jobs can be but what has the world come to? will never go back. went to the cvs in northfield on tilton road and was helped right away and loved their service. People just don't know how to treat others anymore, even in the workplace setting, ESP healthcare. gave this place one star deserves zero for their lack of compassion

They have the absolute worst service. Always understaffed with long waits fo scripts. If there was a better place on the island I would go there.

Pharmacy employees are great, they are short-staffed but always do their best to care for their customers. I have been going to CVS in Brigantine for almost 30 years. Recently I went there to ship back 2 items to Amazon (CVS is a UPS shipping point). The woman Pam that waited on me was rude as hell and talked to me like a child saying the one package that weighed 4 pounds was too heavy and the other one that weighed 6 oz was too many for me to drop off, that she had no time for this, she had other real customers waiting and that she had no room to store UPS packages and went on and on and on, then she refused to give me a receipt or scan the packages. I told her if she had a problem she should talk to her manager, then she cursed at me... I took a picture of her name badge to report her behavior - I found the store manager Paul - all he said was we have the right to refuse heavy packages. This was 4 pounds and the other was 6 oz, how is that too heavy? Pam ran from behind the counter and chased me across the store and said she was going to take my picture and have me arrested for taking a picture of her name badge ..... The store manager Paul just stood there drooling as she kept coming at me, Paul said and did absolutely nothing, letting his abusive and vulgar employee Pam harass me. I called corporate 3 times, and they gave me an incident number but never called back. This is why their Better Business Rating is an F. This CVS front store and its employees and manager are atrocious. It is shameful how they treat customers and then management both at the store and corporate don't care - they just want your money and nothing else. There is a Walgreens nearby, I will be taking all of my business there.

I went to CVS this morning to get Allegra D 24 hr. allergy medication. I told the person at the pharmacy counter what I needed. I was leaving the pharmacy counter and looked in the bag, and realized I had been given the 12 hour instead of 24 hour. My original purchase was refunded, but I was then told that because my ID had already been scanned (your ID has to be scanned to purchase antihistamines), it probably wouldn't go through again. Well, sure enough, when they scanned my ID for the CORRECT medication, it wouldn't go through so I couldn't get my allergy meds. I couldn't believe it. So because the person in the pharmacy made the mistake, I couldn't get my allergy meds. This is totally unacceptable from a pharmacy. The person who made the mistake didn't even apologize! I will NEVER go to CVS in Brigantine again! The only reason I went is because Walgreen's pharmacy is closed on Sunday. And the best part is now that my ID has been scanned, I can't purchase the meds for 30 days!! Poor customer service for sure.

Arrived in Brigantine for a weeks long vacation in part for respite from chemo treatment. Had to have an emergency medication upon our arrival. And the CVS work seamlessly with my doctors in New York City and with the CVS in my home city in North Jersey. Very nice people working in this store. So grateful for their help.
