Although I wish I could give this 0 stars due to my encounter with the pharmacy department the store itself made up for the 3 stars here. The pharmacy lead, Rachel, was very disrespectful to me and had an attitude the whole time she was attending me. Very unprofessional and need to do better.

The store is always clean and the pharmacy (Erin especially) is very helpful. The rest of the store Mark the manager is the nicest, most accommodating gentleman you could ask for. He is absolutely the perfect person to be in a management position- always has a smile on his face when helping you, is super knowledgeable, and is always willing to go the extra mile to help the customers. I can not speak highly enough about him specifically

We walked in at 7:30 pm and needed a vacation override for a diabetes rx. The pharmacy assistant and pharmacist were so kind and helpful I would give them 10 stars. What a pleasant experience 👍

This Is a combined. Customer service. More or less complaint. First off the beginning of the week Malik assisted me with a purchase of a guclose monitor. I returned it later. Because it had no strips.. when returning it there was an issue with my card. He said. Maybe you just get a new card. In an aggravated tone I said my cards 2 months old.. today I had an issue with Natale in the pharmacy. Her attitude is terrible. Like I'm bothering her when ppl don't feel good the last thing u need is someone making u feel worse. Even the customer behind me said something.

This is by far the one of the best pharmacies I’ve ever been to. All you complaining have to understand this is a busy location with regular locals as well. There is only one pharmacy on the island. Imagine a hospital that is full then asked to take on another hospital’s patients that’s what you have here. Please show respect and try to put yourself in someone else’s shoes.

CVS was available to provide an emergency tetanus injection at the Brigantine store. We did not need to seek medical treatment in a doctors office. It saved us a lot of time since we were heading back home on a Sunday and it would be difficult to find a doctor’s office open on a Sunday evening

I discovered that my daughter's EpiPen was nearing its expiration date, prompting me to place an order for a new one at CVS. Unfortunately, this experience was marred by an unpleasant incident involving the pharmacist. Without prior notification, they attempted to dispense an EpiPen with only six months of remaining shelf life out of the standard twenty months. This oversight resulted in a significant loss of 70% of the product's lifespan, necessitating an immediate refill. Despite my realization of this issue after the transaction was completed, the staff member displayed a lack of professionalism by neither apologizing nor acknowledging the breach of CVS policy, which stipulates that customers must be informed before the sale of short-dated products.
