“My car stopped working about 13 miles away and we had it towed to Clinton Acura. It was at night so I called and left a message to give them a heads up it would be there in the AM. First thing in the AM, Rick calls me to talk about what happened and kept me informed all day (and was very patient with every call) about what possibly is going on. I was able to leave that day with the car with assurance everything was looked at thoroughly. Everyone I spoke with there was so kind and patient. Another thing I noticed when I got there was how cozy it was and the snacks! So many options which I think is so nice for customers waiting. Thank you to the Clinton Acura staff for making my life easier! Especially Rick!”

“This past Saturday morning my wife said she had a nail in the tire of her Navigator. So I took the truck to our friendly small Biz. & their always helpful Mgr. Judy. Ms. Judy even though she was training 2 new Associates checked out my tire, got it on a lift, diagnosed the problem, talked to me, fixed the issue & had me on my way in less then an hour. **Just have to add that I recently brought my jeep into Todd's and again, he and his team do not disappoint! He went above and beyond my expectations to find a noise problem in my vehicle and solved the issue.

“Love this place! So I got my oil changed, rear and front differential, and transfer case done, 350.00 out the door. Also Brad the Mgr. was excellent! My 4RUNNER's oil filter is different than the old metal filters and has internal parts, that were missing (the last 2 oil changes were done by Midas in Wind Gap, PA........never again) also my skid plate was missing a bolt and the other one's head was stripped. Brad replaced both. I will be returning for all my oil changes and to get my radiator flushed. Brad is a old school mechanic and I highly recommend him!”

“My family was traveling on a 10 hour drive in 2 vehicles. My sons truck lost all power on the highway. I was able to start it and go to 2 different auto shops who said they couldn’t help me. I ended up at Giel’s. 2 of the mechanics who were eating lunch came out and helped diagnose and fix the issue. They didn’t charge me! I was shocked and so thankful. “Ran over a piece of metal and scrambled to find the closest tire shop as the TPS light came on quickly. Oxford A-1 Tire was 10 minutes away. Limped into the parking lot and spoke with the owner. He rolled a jack out, pulled the rim and tire off and there was no saving it as the gash was 1” across. He had a new tire installed, balanced and put back on the car. I wasn’t there 30 minutes and $200 later (very reasonable) was back on the road. Very honest, efficient, old-school shop that I would strongly recommend. When I need new skins all around, I’ll be returning to Oxford A-1!”
“Did me a huge solid. Tried to replace my starter myself, couldn't get a bolt off. Was kind enough to get the old starter out the rest of the way and new one in after the tow guys brought it to em, and charged me fairly for it. Stand-up gentlemen.
Also serviced my grandma and did right by her.”
