“Although they weren't the closest collision shop in my area they were recommended as certified experts directly through my vehicle portal.
They're family operated which drawn me to give them a chance. I'm happy I made that a deciding factor as everytime I reached out with a concern either Dean or his sons were willing to take time to educate me on expectations of the process especially since I had a claim against the at-fault driver insurance. It was quite evident they had a passion for the service offered and I never once felt rushed. The end result was a totaled vehicle, but if their customer care is as remarkable as my experience, I'm sure there detail to your vehicle will be amazing.
They made what could of been a nightmare of a lost vehicle so much easier to approach and handle.”

“They did a great job fixing my dented door for way less than i was quoted at several other places and faster too. I was looking for an affordable fix and Jamie was able to find a used car door in the same color and fix it to look like the original door. He was very helpful in explaining everything so that I could understand what he was fixing, the cost, and was very transparent and what to expect in regard to color match of the new door. He even gave alternative places that could provide imperfect fixes for even less. I love the result and couldn't recommend this place more!”

I can’t say enough good things about Vince and his team! I brought my 2017 BMW 330i in after my window was broken, and they handled everything with incredible care and professionalism.
The repair was done perfectly, and they went the extra mile with a high-end detail, making sure every piece of glass and debris was completely removed. When I picked up my car, it looked absolutely amazing—like it had never been damaged.
The attention to detail and quality of work truly speaks for itself. This is definitely top-notch, one-of-a-kind service!

“After failing my Toyota inspection for a tiny crack in my rear bumper reflector light and being quoted over $300 for them to replace the part, install and approve my inspection, I said, NOT I !!! So I ordered the replacement on Amazon for $36 and once I received it proceeded to search my area for someone to install it for me. After several failed attempts at finding a place to do it immediately, something said try that collision place down the street. So me and my trusty pup 🐶 popped in and Paul (the owner I believe) said yeah I can put it on for you! Without hesitation, he was so nice. I left my car with another employee Yessan, I believe (sorry if I butchered your name) he was so so nice and I think he did the work. It literally took like 10 minutes. And they didn't even charge me, I couldn't believe how kind they were. If and when I ever need body work, I will 💯 % immediately be going back to them. Im so happy they are a genuinely good business in my community!!! Thanks again guys 🙏🏽

Even though they are super busy and jam packed they made it there business to make sure I had my rental set up! And open communication threw phone Text and email with updates of my trucks work! “I ran over a snowbank earlier this year after Winter Storm Fern.
Caliber managed to fix my splash shield and washer fluid tank while saving me a couple hundred bucks in the process. I appreciated how accommodating they were and how friendly the staff was as well since I was able to put a deposit down for my parts and still drive my car and nail down exactly what I wanted done which was fixed to the letter.

“Decided to get a second opinion after my first estimate appeared to be very involved & costly. My issue was replacing a fender liner. Bill was super friendly and had good reviews. One stated, “ fair to females and does not take advantage of them.” The part was ordered, I scheduled the day & time picked up my car within 4 hrs done!
