“From start to finish this was hands down my best repair experience. Nowadays it’s not uncommon for insurance companies to contract with body shops so I am no stranger to this. After the initial report online with my insurance company they coordinated with the body shops. Caliber collision took care of me and my car with the utmost professionalism. Daunte was my customer service rep and he was available at all hours to provide updates and answer any questions I had. Truly amazing service, I never felt like I was being a bother or pressured. They literally kept to their timeline, not a day off! Very pleased and if in the unfortunate event I need a body shop again I will certainly be coming straight to caliber collision in York.”

“I took my truck to Caliber Collision to have my door repaired. Due to some insurance issues, the repair process was on hold for a while, but throughout the entire process, Angelo kept me informed with daily updates and excellent communication.
Once the insurance issue was resolved, the repairs were completed, and I was able to get my truck back. Angelo and the entire crew did a wonderful job. I would also like to recognize the lady at the front desk, who was always helpful, communicative, and pleasant to work with.

“Walking in I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect possible from twin and a woman I forgot her name but she was really really nice he gave me a solid great deal on fixing and painting my car and wasn’t pushy on me getting the work done there He showed me around his body shop and I was amazed with his work this is a great place for all body/collision and painting. My vehicle was rear ended and pushed in bad I tried to spray paint it and they were able to fix my mistake thank you but when others said it wasn’t worth it they made it worth it I recommended this place for every one. “They did a great job fixing my dented door for way less than i was quoted at several other places and faster too. I was looking for an affordable fix and Jamie was able to find a used car door in the same color and fix it to look like the original door. He was very helpful in explaining everything so that I could understand what he was fixing, the cost, and was very transparent and what to expect in regard to color match of the new door. He even gave alternative places that could provide imperfect fixes for even less. I love the result and couldn't recommend this place more!”

“I had a very bad day traveling long distance for work last week. Car engine started misfiring while on the NJ Turnpike. I was towed off and Caliper Collision was the nearest auto related shop I could find. Although they do not do engine repairs, they were so nice and helpful in spending the time to give me a complimentary engine diagnostic and confirm the specific engine issue.
I apologize I didn't remember the names of the front desk lady and the technician that helped me. While that day was overall horrible, thank you both for bringing some optimism into it! “In March my vehicle was hit while parked, I was at a loss on what to do. I called my insurance company who then connected me with caliber collision, they were great. Tow truck was out in less than an hour, looking at my vehicle I didn’t think it could be fixed. Well I was wrong, caliber collision did an amazing job, you cannot tell it was hit & they were able to match the car paint perfectly. They have such a high demand but somehow still make you feel like you’re their only customer , I was continuously updated on the process my car was going through… I highly recommend caliber collision & I personally wouldn’t go anywhere else, they truly are the best,”
